we always have had good meals at smokey bones. staff is always friendly and helpful. my wife and i had an awesome waiter named robert. he went out of his way to make our meal and visit , feel special. first, he was very friendly and helpful and polite. i had received a $10 , email coupon as long as you spent $25 or more. i also had a free dessert coupon for my birthday. he accepted both, which he didn't have to do. but, this is one reason we continue to eat at smokey bones in...read full review

Restaurant was not busy at all with most seats open. A we were seated there was obvious crud on the table and rather than taking us to a clean table we were forced to stand there as the hostess struggled to figure out how to clean it off. Very odd experience. The food was food. My brisket was served as I had never seen it served before. We have been traveling to Erie for Black Friday for many years We decided that our Friday break would be at Smokey Bones The six of us where all happy with our visit and our waitress Alexandra was amazing
