We are from out of town and love to try something local and new. Cork 1794 was it, the food options were amazing. My wife got a strawberry lemonade mocktail, they had real strawberries muddled in the bottom. The spinach dip had more pita bread than we needed, that never happens. The entrees were amazing. The salmon and rizzoto seasoned perfectly and the steak cooked to perfection. Our waitress Kierra Was fabulous and was so kind. If we lived local we would be taking friends back there. W

Food is not well seasoned. My wife's food, the brunch burger, has almost no seasoning and was very bland. My BLT, was over seasoned getting uneven garlic flavor from the aoli and a sporadic sweetness from the bacon which must have been candied? Service was barely adquit, she didn't check up on us after food was delivered. Our drinks were low and we were never asked about refills.

I hate giving them a 2.5 star review, but this is my 3rd visit with very slow service and food served ice cold. This is the 2nd overcooked steak too that was served cold :(. For spending hours there on expensive cold food and overdone steak I just can't give a 3 or 4 star no matter how nice the staff, drinks, shrimp cocktail, and atmosphere are. Our last visit we spent over 2 hours there the night of the Teddy Swims concert. We waited so incredibly long we couldn't wait longer to have my bland ice cold cognac wild mushrooms redone, the ice cold overcooked steak redone, or the ice cold mac'n'cheese redone. 2 other tables outside with us sent meals back 1 had a complaint (which the manager handled well with a comp) and the other said their food was ice cold and unacceptable so they sent it back. All together I've been 5 times. 2 were phenomenal and 3(especially the last time) were not on par. We may never go back even though they have my favorite shrimp cocktail in all of Pennsylvania. -Cocktails/bar 5 out of 5 stars. Bartenders and every drink are always spot on and fast. -Atmosphere inside and out 4 out of 5 stars -Cleanliness 5 out of 5 stars -Shrimp cocktail 5 out of 5 stars! Omg THE BEST! -Mac'n'cheese flavor is 5 out of 5 stars, but the last 2 times I got it it was ice cold. -Steak flavor has always been great 5 out of 5 stars, but it's been cold 2 times and overcooked 2 times. We make sure to stop here when visiting from Ohio. Amazing firecracker shrimp that’s the best we’ve ever had. The pear and goat cheese chicken salad was a new item that was also phenomenal. Great patio, too.

This is my second visit this year. What used to be a very special experience was sadly lacking. The first visit this year the food was so salty it was barely edible. All three of us dining had the same complaint. This evening the service was adequate but the kitchen was very slow. I ordered the half chicken. Not cooked through, flavor was mediocre and again salty. There was a band playing that was very good but so loud it was impossible to have a conversation. I will not be back.
Very Good food and service. Value for the money was also very good. Only complaint was the noise level with strange live music that didn't fit the feel of the restaurant at all. It was very loud and luckily we were leaving as it started.

We were having a terrible day after Hampton Inn screwed up our reservation and we were made to leave Saturday and come back on Sunday. We got to a different hotel (Hilton Inn on Downs Dr) and we’re looking for somewhere to eat. We came across The Cork 1794, looking forward to a romantic dinner to help with our day. We had the BEST crab cake appetizer, followed by Delmonico steaks and lobster tails. The kitchen was backed up on steaks and then the lobster. A cute couple sat next to us and got their food 30 minutes before we got ours. They felt bad and noticed we hadn’t gotten our food when they were done. The food was excellent, the service was excellent. When we asked for our check, our waitress told us the couple next to us had already paid for our entire meal!!! This completely turned our day around and we couldn’t be more grateful and happy. Thank you so much for such a GREAT experience. We will definitely be back and we recommend this restaurant !!!!

Highly recommend coming to The Cork. They made our family celebration so special. With sparkler candles in the dessert to the knowledgeable staff. The only reason why I put 4 star for service is because our plates weren't cleared quickly and drinks weren't filled swiftly; otherwise 5 stars all the way. My compliments to the chef. You won't regret coming here

Ciara was a wonderful server! She provided great recommendations and friendly service throughout our meal. Everything from the cocktails to dessert was delicious. We both had steaks that were cooked to perfection. I am taking an entire meal plus dessert home for tomorrow! The Cork could easily be transported to the cultural district in Cleveland or Pittsburgh and it would be tremendously successful.

We were looking for a great place to dine on our overnight trip to Erie. A dear friend recommended The Cork 1794. Boy, he was right on the money. We had an outstanding dinner experience. Hannah, our server, was very attentive and quite kind. The Crab Bisque, the Land & Sea steak and shrimp combo and the cognac mushrooms were all amazing. We will be back on our next visit to the area.
