I wish I could give you a 10 on all counts! This was the best find of our travels! We own a cafe in Vermont and everything in this cafe is outstanding. They made a special gf wrap and were very attentive to our needs. The place was very busy and buzzing yet felt cozy and really happy. Customers looked very much at home is this really nicely set up space.
The food was simply outstanding! The chicken salad was the best I have ever had outside my home, the breakfast bowl was fresh and delicious, the smoothies made us want to drive back for a second. Our only regret was that we got the small size!
We bought a package of their granola and had it on our breakfast today... the best ingredients and not too sweet. Highly recommended.
As a matter of fact, we highly recommend everything here! We will change our travel plans to stop in Erie and come here every year on our trip from Vermont to Michigan! You are the best Holly and you have an incredible staff! Hats off and 10 x 10 to you! Lauren

I love this place and I've been eating here for years. I almost always come here for the Berry bowls, that's basically all I eat. They're always cycling out some new seasonal bowls and the classics are always on the menu. I love eating here, and I love the bowls. The service is fantastic as well and your food is quickly served.
I would like to note that I tried the oatmeal this time just for something different and that was phenomenal as well very smooth and creamy with plenty of fruit on top.
I love love the chicken salad made here. Today July 11th around noon I went in and asked for it. Staff said check the cooler adjacent to order area. No chicken salad there. Young lady at order area said I'm new I will figure this out. I said maybe you should ask someone? She said I want to figure this out...finally she asked a co-worker who placed the order and another co-worker said one was in the adjacent bin behind counter. I said that's what I wanted. I looked at portion offered and due to time I accepted it. The charged was $13.51. I was SHOCKED!! It barely was a cup of chicken salad and alot of spinach. I'm really disappointed by this experience. Portions that small should be charged accordingly. It will be a long time before I venture in to the Juice Jar sooo disappointed.

Had an unpleasant experience here. The woman taking my order was extremely rude and racist. I don’t care how good or awesome the food is, no racism is tolerated. Her name is Holly. Please be aware.
Listen. The food is great everything i’ve had has been amazing. but. The owner is extremely rude every time I have been there. I have tried time and time again to see if she was having a bad day but it’s just how she is. I have even heard her yell at customers over something that could have been fixed easily. I won’t be supporting this business anymore.

I have been a long time customer, for YEARS! Today was the first time ever there’s been a mishap with my order. The owner and employee who took my order were very apologetic and very helpful. Thankful for places like this that make things right and gave me a correct order, especially due to allergies. As always, I will continue to return.

I recently visited Juice Jar and ordered a matcha bowl, but the experience was disappointing. They didn’t have an allergy menu, and my mom and I had allergic reactions to undisclosed ingredients. On top of that, they were out of key ingredients like kiwi and other fruits, making the selection limited. Even after a remake, the quality was still lacking. I hope they improve ingredient transparency and stock up on essentials for a better experience
