Toasted bagel with butter wasn't toasted enough to melt the butter and I had to scrapes off at least a Tbsp of butter. The bathroom had one light out above one of the stalls making it "scary" for my 3 year old (I know... sigh) but the stalls were dirty too, with paper on the floor and the counters needing to be wiped clean. The staff was not friendly but not mean. Just blah, no personality. Very unremarkable.

Great soups, bagels aren't homemade and frozen but good if they heat them up. Coffee is great. I have to say they have some of the most tasty and best frozen frappuccinos and chai tea in the area....PERIOD !!!!!

Haven’t gone to a Timmies outside of Canada for over a decade. The feeling here is what we used to have in Canada but has changed into a lifeless mess. This place felt like home, tons of baked goods, friendly staff, some merch you can buy. It was nice to see. We got the Hot Cocoa Muffin which was amazing. Store was clean and not busy as well.

Delicious coffee with a smile! Excellent customer service and very prompt, polite, and professional! Every time i walk into the store i’m greeted immediately, the store is always clean and the staff is eager to help me!
