Excellent quick service and good food! Young man that took my order was friendly and helpful! Studied here for a while. Only thing I would say is that it's a little cold inside, but I'm dressed for cold weather anyway so no big deal.

What is seriously happening to tim hortons in erie? Especially 69 hundred block of peach street. .. Making orders wrong, adding sugar when no sugar is requested ( This can be a fatal mistake for some customers) then taking 20 plus minute to get a new correct one made. Rude customer service. (Short dark hair, cant tell if its a male or female) just rude very rude for absolutely no reason. Its not even busy like 3 customers, what is the issue. There's no way the owners haven't noticed a tremendous decline on their revenue. I've literally went from 16 coffee per day to less than 16 per year because of these same issues and clearly nothing has changed. I won't be returning to any tim hortons in erie unless its a last resort and only the one I will ever go to again is by the casino at Crosby, at least they are very kind to customers and have quality & quantity service. Do better managers do better, weed out the ones who have no respect or customer service skills, it makes it very hard for the 1 working to have all their mistakes to clean up on top of their own shift work. Then to top is all off, my granddaughter wanted some tim bits and NO TIM BITS at 3:44pm??? What??? Why is there no tim bits???

Placed a mobile order so it would be ready when I got there, they didn't even start making it until I arrived. Waited 40 minutes in the store while they served other customers, and finally received the wrong food and wrong drink. What a disappointment

worst tim hortons in town. the first time i went they gave me a wrap instead of a panini. The second time they only put chicken on half of my panini and no mayo at all. i would rather go out of my way to a different store than go here again.

Being told you have to have a coffee for your drink for a lunch meal is crazy had to pay for an whole medium coke by itself and stuck with a coffee that will probably get wasted

Will not visit again. Tim Horton this is a shame. This place needs renovations. The service was terrible I waited 10 minutes for 2 ice coffee drinks, after paying. The drinks were mediocre at best not enough ice and no flavors were added like requested.

Plus, the service was incredibly fast and friendly, which always makes the experience so much better. 😊 I really appreciated how welcoming the staff were; it really brightened up my day! A huge thank you 🙏 to everyone who works there for making my visit so enjoyable. Definitely, my go-to place from now on. I highly recommend it if you're looking for a quick and delicious bite! EDIT: the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted and promptly helped. Each person working that I saw was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The guys working were quick with orders (counter and drive thru) and seemed to work like a well oiled machine. The food, prices, and bits are all great, but what really made this experience for me was the personal touch of the customer service provided by each of them.
This was my first time at a Tim Hortons. Excellent food, the ice caps are super good, but on top of that, the customer service was exceptional! Andre, James, and Mike, thank y'all for making my first time there even better just by yall being you!

We love the tim Hortons on upper peach st,we go there every other day to relax and drink our coffee, the employees there are very friendly and that's wraps it up they are the best

I went about 30 minutes before closing time and was very disappointed with the service. The staff was incredibly rude upon entering, immediately informing me they were closing soon. This was before I even said anything. I started to order a latte and before I could finish my sentence they told me they already cleaned the machine for the night. Obviously that's not a big deal, but there was no need to be so abrasive. To make matters worse, the cashier was on her phone the entire time she took my order. If I was 5min before closing fine, but I think 30min is completely reasonable.
