They charge extra for whip cream. Then didn't add it. I've had this happen several times, so now I don't leave the window without opening my lid! The maple waffle egg sandwich is delicious! I don't get meat, based on the whip cream being extra, i should get a discount for no meat!

It seems rudeness is in a lot of these reviews for this location.. unfortunately I encountered rudeness myself. I walked into this establishment about 1:20 p.m. on Tuesday August 6th. Stood there for a few moments. There were three girls. One worker looked right at me. The other one walked past me as I stood at the counter. I waited a few more minutes and no one even acknowledged me. I walked out the door upset and behind schedule. As I was getting into my car one of the girls who had looked directly at me with red hair and glasses started walking past me. I asked her why no one would wait on me? She told me she was off the clock! I asked her why she didn't ask any other girls to wait on me. She just laughed and got into her car. I will NEVER return at this location.

I could not order any food because everything was already shut down at 6:15 pm when the Tim Hortons on Peach St. Closes at 7 pm.

The lady at the drive thru was incredibly rude. I tried purchasing a latte around 630 and apparently they close at 7. Seeing as to how all of them close at different times in the area I was not aware this one closed that early but boy do I now. I have never had an interaction with a drive thru worker that tried making me feel like I was the dumbest person in the world for asking for such a thing when they close in 30 minutes. Thank god there is other locations in the area cause I will not be returning to this one.

I got a 10 piece timbit and a cookie butter iced cap. The whole ice cap was nothing but whipped cream and the lid to what I am guessing is the whipped cream container was at the bottom of the drink. This is disgusting and I don’t know how you don’t notice the tip missing when you took it out of the cup.

Wish they had these joints in Yinzburgh. We got a coffee and crullers. Crullers slapped. Coffee was strong but not bitter like Bucks.
I was refused a drink refill here. Woman behind the counter was rude and brusque about it. Just go somewhere else. I certainly won’t be coming back.

Spoke to Ben in the Drive-Thru and they suggested the hazelnut latte because I am a total weirdo who still tries to get gingerbread lattes two months after Christmas ??♀️. It was a great recommendation and he and Nicole were wonderful. You have great, personable employees working there and my food was delicious as well. I asked for my bagel to be well done and they actually did it, so many people are afraid of slightly burning my food but it was perfect :-) thank you guys for being a lovely part of my evening!
