The workers I had to deal with today were not friendly at all, the belt bagel sandwich was a mess, they thought I was a rabbit with how much lettuce was on it, the bagel was not even toasted. The one lady was saying cuss words so loud when there was a little kid in here. And maybe if they turned down their music they would be able to hear to take orders.

I didn't actually get to buy anything because upon entering the parking lot everything was in such disarray and there were so many near auto accidents that I left immediately. This is probably the worst thought out parking lot plan I've ever seen and could ever possibly imagine. I will never attempt to visit this place again. Absolute chaos!
Parking: The parking lot is too small and incorrectly laid out. There was no thought at all whatsoever behind the design. It is the most unsafe place to take a vehicle. I would never suggest entering this parking lot. AVOID!

I love Tim Horton coffee and i stop at Tims on E 38th on my way to work but more than likely they get my order wrong. I order a coffee with 1 cream and i would say 6 out of 10 times they put sugar in it. I try to drink it but never can. I do not like the sweetness. What a waste of a cup of coffee.
We arrived for our early morning breakfast before a hockey tournament. The sign said they were open but the doors were locked, the staff made us go through the drive thru. Once there, they had only one kind of donut ready. There were multiple staff members smoking out back. The staff were NOT friendly. We drove to another location with MUCH better service. Very disappointed

The workers here are very busy, but still manage to be polite and friendly.
No flies or gnats on donuts.
The timbits were yummy.

I placed an order online at 9:05 when they don't close until 10. When I get there I am told they don't make food after 9. Why be able to order food if they won't make it. So not only do I not get my food, they wouldn't give me a refund and a waste of my gas when I do not even get what I ordered only 3 items.

Current staff on East 38th st Erie have some customer svc issues.I understand about turn over & work ethic from younger age group, but attention should be paid in this store.

Ridiculous seeing two people close and leave an hour after the store is closed... disrespectful to the employees. Management and owners must not care.
Very nice Tim Hortons. Clean, great staff, and good donuts.

I made several complaints to this location due to serving my daughters coffee with cream and she’s lactose. I just picked up my order and they did it again. I'm starting to think is personal. I would love someone from corporate to reach out to me. Last time I called location requesting a call back it never happened. This is getting ridiculous. I think I’m just gonna stop Tim Hortons and move on to dunkin donuts or Starbucks. 😕😕

I got coffee today and got a lot of attitude from the woman working the window when I requested a sleeve. Put sleeves on the coffee and put our food in bags please. Don’t make us ask and don’t give us attitude when we do. Also, Your entrance to 38th street is comically small. Also, your employees wear filthy clothes. I would go literally anywhere else for coffee if something else were convenient. But it’s not. I love Tim Hortons, but this one stinks.
