Stopped for coffee but couldn't go in because it was locked due to short staffing. Went next door to dunkin donuts.

Walked in to order 3 coffee and a dozen donuts on Saturday March 23rd at about 1030am There were 4 workers in the front and one I saw in the back. We waited almost ten minutes and they kept saying " someone will be with you"
The young man who attended to us after someone yelled about the counter was very bland. He looked sloppy and unattended to his hair being everywhere on his face and head. No smile. Unwelcoming. He took our order. His communication and customer service skills were uninviting.
I had been a retail manager for many years.
Everyone behind him was chaotic for only a few cars in the drive thru and no one behind us yet in line.
Employees should be trained on a better communication schedule along with what their job duties should be.
And SMILE we are paying your wages as customers.
