I'm honestly shocked at some of the 1 star reviews for this location, I used to always go to the location on w12th but wasn't treated right there so started going to this location on 26th St and I've loved it always friendly and everything is always right, I spend a lot more than I should on Tim Hortons I'm there daily but I love the coffee and bacon, egg, n cheese croissants, oh and the cold brew lol ya $14 a day I have to cut down but anyway I wouldn't spend that somewhere that didn't treat me well

Went there at 5:30 and the only thing open was the drive-through. How’s anyone supposed to pick out the donuts they want in a drive-through? Good thing Dunkin’ Donuts was open with walk-ins right down the road

the cup was less than half way full & I got a medium. The blonde girl at the window didn’t even greet us, smile nor spoke a word to us. I was trying to ask a question& she talking to the other workers the entire time. I get it, you want to socialize but worked in the service industry for a decade & I never not acknowledged a single customer. I’m not from here, we are from the south so we are use to the SOUTHERN HOSPITALITY. Whenever we come up north we always come to Tim Hortons because we don’t have Tim Hortons down south. Service 1 star.
Horrible place. Was double charged today and when I went back later to complain, the manager accused me of never even being there. Like I’m trying to scam them out of $3!! She was so rude to me and refused to even refund the over charge. Not to mention, the coffee was weak and watered down. Do yourself a favor and go to the Tim Horton’s on 12th street!

I really like tim hortons food but I ordered a muffin and got a donut, I came back in to switch and watched the worker put the donut I got right back on the shelf and then they grabbed my muffin ABOSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!!
