This location is usually pretty fast on getting the food or drinks ready but is constantly messing up orders. When I have just drinks delivered it’s usually correct but everytime I’ve ordered food (which has been multiple times) it has not been right once. Do not recommend getting delivery from this place and make sure you double check your bag before pulling away from drive thru.

Horrible customer service. I took my date to this Tim Hortons for coffee. When we walked in, nobody was at the counter. We waited and we eventually saw someone in the back cleaning. She clearly saw us. We were blatenly ignored as she continued to do whatever it was she was doing. The tables also were extremely disgusting. We left and went to Dunkin Donuts down the road. Horrible way to run a coffee shop. Will never be back

Almost everytime I get a breakfast sandwich it is cold, the meat is barely cooked, and the English muffin is not toasted one bit. This is nearly everytime, it's getting very old at this point. It's disgusting trying to eat a cold meat sandwich covered in sand(untoasted muffin texture while in mouth).

If there was no stars to give I would give zero. When you place a mobile app you can’t cancel it. So you are just stuck waiting 29 minutes in line.

Employee stood there for a while stumped like I was supposed to greet her then I got a coffee that wasn't like I ordered, which seems to be just about every Tim Hortons everywhere, not consistent whatsoever with this company!!

Came here for coffee ☕ and a two breakfast sandwich. The menu behind the counter lacks the details needed to order outside of a combo mealI didn't see prices for single/double sandwiches ? or anything but size for the coffee. No prices on that. I get the feeling they prefer you to spend more for a combo. I know this might seem petty but it's just surprising how unorganized the menu is.The egg & sausage on English muffins was delicious. Just what you would expect from a chain restaurant. The staff there was very helpful (specifically the female cashier) and saw everyone busy trying to fill orders.The only problem is people ordering IN-HOUSE seem to take a backseat to those orders from online. I don't think this is intentional but they had a line of people waiting inside and at the drive thru. My best guess is they prioritize online, then the drive thru and then inside ordering. Which to me feels kinda backwards in a way.The tables and floors were fairly clean considering it is a fast food restaurant. There is plenty of parking (just not out front imo) near buffalo roadThey do have an outdoor table and chairs section. But this being winter ❄️☃️ no one was using it. I tried going to the restaurant called 'Coffee in the park' but the parking there was not very good. Maybe I missed the overflow lot because both sides of Main Street were locked up with vehicles already.Vegetarian options: If you are vegan specifically, there are no options I saw. Especially gluten free dessert. Nothing thereParking: The parking lot is shared with the PUB next door.Kid-friendliness: The breakfast sandwich is rather small so yes. There are plenty of pastries and cookies, so I am sure they wouldn't mind. While I was here I saw a toddler hug the inflatable Mickey mouse and dinosaur (don't ask me why there was a dinosaur for Christmas lol) but the child was rather cute when they were hugging the dollsWheelchair accessibility: Only one way to accommodate those in wheelchairs. Park in the front near Buffalo Road and you'll see the single access point ♿ between the two restaurants (ramp)

Everytime I’ve ordered food they’ve either gave me the wrong items or messed it up. I’m not sure how incompetent you have to be to mess up a BLT but I have received many sandwiches with just the lettuce and tomato and no bacon (that’s if they don’t run out of half their ingredients by 1pm) you can’t ever reach them on the phone. The place should be shut down. Don’t waste your money on this place.

I bought a sausage egg and cheese bagel for breakfast this morning and every bite I took I had a piece of egg shell ..I guess I wont be getting those anymore. Hope they check out the eggs they get in.Parking: They have a good size parking lot,,NO problem there

I ordered a peach refresher with no ice and it tasted completely watered down. Barely any flavor. We tried to call 5 times and no answer. I DON BOT RECOMMEND!!

Did not have a good experience. We ordered and the lady wasn’t clear about the chicken not being done then when we got our food they tryed to send us away when we didn’t get all our drinks.. I’m not very impressed with the service we got this morning.

The food is good most of the time. Once in a while though they'll be out of bunch of their main foods at the same time, which is always frustrating. However, customer service is *always* on point

I have never been to a restaurant at which I have been told No more often. We're sold out, we don't have that anymore, we're not serving that for 10 more minutes, etc.
