This is one of the slowest Tim Hortons I've ever been to. If there's more then one customer plan to spend an absorbent amount of time here.
Edit:I guess I'm a glutton for punishment. Or I just really wanted a cup of Tim Horton's coffee. I timed it this time - 5 minutes to order another 5 at the window. 10 minutes for a cup of coffee at a drive thru. Watched 4 cars drive off after waiting too long.

Best Tim Hortons location ever! The staff here is always great! Ian was upbeat and absolutely awesome! Nothing makes a long trip 100% better than a friendly, smiling face and positive attitude! Love it! He definitely made my day!

Firstly Ian is great, everytime I go to Tim Hortons he is always a pleasure to deal with. He is nice to my kids and funny!
I walked into the store and the Tim Hortons employees and Crosbys employees were all huddled together talking and seemed irritated that I walked in.
I went the other evening and unfortunately he was not working. I ordered 2 sandwiches with extra Lettuce and mayo. The girl taking my order asked me 5 times extra what? extra what? You wanted extra what? She didn't even put it on the order just yelled to the guy in the back to put it on the sandwich. There was no extra Lettuce or mayo hardly any of either. The sandwiches where wrapped terribly and thrown on the counter didn't even fold the bag over just threw it up on the counter. So glad I spent 15 dollars on them.

We are Canadians heading back to Toronto and stopped here for lunch. 11 am, January 4. Fast service and the food was wonderful. Spiegel, the gentleman that served us, was very friendly, thorough and thoughtful. You can tell he enjoys his job and serving customers, treated my kids well. Thank you!

This is the farmers wrap i got this morning 11/23/24 at 8:40am, dude at the register who mad my coffee was running everything flawlessly and the coffee he made was perfect. But the girl in the back doing wraps needs to find another job if she cant put a simple wrap together and hand it to someone without attitude.
Poor lady was all alone working a long overnight shift but did the best job. Our Sunday morning breakfast was delicious.

First time visitor. Needed a quick breakfast. Another car in front of me in the drive thru. I waited at least 5-6min until someone spoke to the car in front of me, they were there longer. The girl taking my order all of a sudden "cannot hear me" and makes me yell out my entire order 3-4 times. All I wanted was a Large #7 and I'm yelling the entirety of the meal to the employee multiple times like a crazy person. Now there's 5 cars behind me. I pull up to the window, I get charged, she then hands me the completely wrong order. Small coffee, breakfast wrap instead of a croissant. I don't have time to go inside and attempt to fix it so I just drive away. Don't think I'll be back either. So bizarre.
