Not often do you walk into a Tavern and immediately get GREAT SERVICE and WARM HOSPITALITY.....The DJ, his brother, sister, father(Chuck) and brother in law ALL were SO GREAT that they invited us to RINGSIDE were we met The Owner who ALSO was a GREAT GUY.We traveled here from Philadelphia just for the weekend, and man what a GREAT weekend it was just from a stop @ The Ugly Tuna....Thank and Best RegardsIf EVER again in Erie.... I'll be stopping by.Dennis

Thank you so much, Ugly Tuna, for a great experience for my gang of 10 tonight. The drinks, food and service were really great. We all ordered something different and everyone commented how good everything tasted. And to have Jesse Weston serenade us was an extra added attraction. A warm, friendly fun place. We'll be back!!

Almost got 5 stars! Which is very rare for me. Great specials especially tonight ($23 for a large pizza, 10 boneless and pitcher of Miller lite) pizza was great. More of a thin crust. Wings and sauces 10x better than Buffalo Wild Wings. Very saucy. Got the Ugly flavor and the Jack Blaze. Sooo good. Server was cool about splitting flavors per order. Food came out quick and our server Lindz was top notch polite and on top of things. Great service. Nice atmosphere. Small inside, but enough space to watch the game. Good crowd. Had game on and audio which is awesome. Although right speaker was fuzzy and muffled. Need to check that out. Could use at least one more TV on back wall. Love the fireplace. Docked a star for the 3% tacked on Service charge for all non cash payments and pricey Yuenling at $4 a short draft. Typically $2-$3 other bars depending. And fries not included in burger or sandwich price. Must add on. Overall a solid place and will be back.

DO NOT ORDER The Ahi tuna from this place or the baked potato. The tuna was so past date it smelled when it came out and was very overcooked to try and hide the fact it was past its time. The only thing good about the whole experience was Amanda our waitress and the crab cakes that were pretty good. However everything else about the whole experience was awful. The only reason they get two stars is because of Amanda otherwise it would be a solid 0.

Stopped in on a Thursday night for dinner and drinks. We were pleasantly surprised, the waitress was very friendly and attentive. I had the crab cake dinner, which was delicious. My companion had the perogie dinner and really loved it as well. Portions were reasonable and so we're the prices. I also enjoyed a fabulous pumpkin pie martini, I highly recommend....yummy! ? It was pretty quiet up until we were about to leave (7:30ish) because a football game came on and they had it on the TV's. So just be aware of that. Check out this establishment, you won't be disappointed.

I had never eaten here and my fiance had not in about 4 years. We stopped on a whim. Our server was excellent, but that was the highlight of our visit. First, the whole place needs a good cleaning/refresh. Second, if you have tuna in your name, your tuna should be outstanding. It was obvious the fish in our tacos had seen better days. Honestly, I make a better, more authentic fish taco at home. The cole slaw was more mayonnaise than (wilted) cabbage. Back in the car, my finance commented that it had really gone down hill.
