I ordered lunch, a large chicken salad. When I open the bag at my desk, I was given packet ranch dressing for my salad. The only reason I ordered was for the ranch made at the restaurant. If I would have known I was getting packet ranch, I wouldn't have spend $15 on a salad when I could have gone to Wendy's and got one for half the price.

We ordered wings online and it took 97 minutes for them to arrive. Did we order them at dinner rush? No, 245pm. Did we live 20 miles away? No 1.36 miles. Was it worth it? Meh. They were good not great. They were barely warm by the time we got them. The price? Almost $40 for 20 meh wings delivered 97 minutes later. 🤔 Will I be ordering again? Probably not. I do like to sit down at the Powell St location. But... I'll pass on ordering wings online again.

The pizza and wings were excellent. The pizza crust is thick, and both crunchy and chewy. Veggie toppings were perfectly crisp. The wing sauce, buffalo blue, was expertly done.

My family amd I dined here last night after a day filled at Waldamere. Now the food was exceptionally amazing!! I wish they were closer the services however was absolutely the worse!! Didn't get silverware, had to ask 2xs, didn't get water's refilled or even ask, asked for kids menus and ketchup never got it, and the topper of it all food all came out at different times but my brothers was an additionally 15 minutes after all of ours . Sad I hate too see family businesses shut down by lack of workers

One of our employees recommended this restaurant and I was hesitant to go cuz I had a bad experience with it a few months ago with a door dash. However, in house dining was far better than door dash delivery. I may visit again. What's so good? Cheap and delicious calzone. Fortunately this restaurant is one of those that would not be confused about calzone and strombolis. Which is great, aka it is an authentic Italian restaurant. And they have delicious mushrooms and zucchini. What's not so good is: their tipping starts from 18% which is overly expensive for this pricing range, this is not fine dining anyway. Besides, their meatballs were just ok, not so fancy, or less tasty than Wegmans
But the atmosphere is good, you would see tons of old sports who are here for a very long time ever since they were still young dude decades ago. And their Italian map was interesting.
Anyway, for $25/person which is very cheap 😀 but don't expect too much as it is not great but worthy a visit. To summarize it. 🥂

We’ve been in Erie for 4 days and Valerio’s food was by far the best food! Our group had penne pasta and meatballs, caesar salad, antipasti, pizza sub, cheese sticks, chicken bruschetta, coleslaw and drinks. Everything was delicious and the service attentive and friendly. The restrooms were clean and we were not rushed through our meals, so we were able to talk with our friends.

Ordered online, they even called to confirm the order… still showed up with the wrong food. Can’t get a hold of them to even have them fix the order. Seems as they have the phone off the hook

We do not live in Erie which is probably a good thing, or we would constantly eat here. Beyond the giant sizes of everything the food is fabulous, the staff is kind, and restaurant is very clean. A visit to Erie is always punctuated with a stop at Valerio’s!

My husband and I absolutely love this place! The food is always delicious; we've never had a bad meal there. Outstanding service and such a great value. Very reasonably priced.
