5/2025, KITCHEN MANAGER MICHELLE was being hostile to staff and her customer. Very poor display of professionalism coming from a “manager”. Also, coming from a long time customer I am HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. Please do better Michelle. People are watching your attitude.
Its ok. I was treated rudely. But everyone has bad days
When I lived in Erie this was one of my favorite places to order from. I was back visiting and decided to order for delivery. Our food took an hour and a half to arrive, and when it got to us finally, the entire order was wrong. We only ordered two things so not sure how this happened. Mind you we were also really hungry and thought it would be worth the wait, so that was extremely disappointing. Never again.
Customer service sucks I called girl keeps laughing saying she can’t hear me the when you go in it’s a circus I like the other location better just my opinion
Lovely little restaurant with great prices and great quality. Loved the stuffed shells and calzone.

Order is ALWAYS WRONG!!!! Literally wrong everytime! How do you screw up an order everytime I order!!!!! I gave this place many chances too right the wrong and yet they still messed up my orders! Incredible! Will be taking my business elsewhere!
We have dined in the Valerio's on 38th St, service, food, atmosphere were great.
Place hasn't been good in years, today my wife got me and the kids a bucket like we have plenty of times and she was told it doesn't come with a 2 liter. Its ALWAYS something from this Valarios. If you really really want Valarios.... drive to Powell Ave.

The portions of meat on my Supreme Combo were a joke! Lets just call it a btead sandwich with lettuce. Wont be back.
My pizza was made to perfection as usual and I was politely greeted by the manager William. Overall the Service was great and it was nice chatting with William and the staff.
Excellent Italian food, generous portions and a fair price. Kitchen staff is very accommodating to make a dish meatless.
Great Italian Food. Pleasant and clean atmosphere. Waitresses are all polite and cheerful.
