worst wendy's experience ever. never have i ever experienced the slow service, rudeness of employees, and so many forgotten items. it took nearly 10 minutes to order 3 meals and two additional items. it was clearly the cashiers first day and there was no one helping her at all. she was confused and tried to hang me my drink cup when i knew the drink i asked for was behind the counter. (note: it was a lemonade which anyone can clearly see is behind the counter) they then forgot one of our frostys and the manager (i assume) gave us attitude when we told her we were missing one. we then decided to check our bags to make sure all of our food was accounted for. we were missing our sandwich. (the most expensive one) we went up to the register to tell them and the manager that was rude looked at us and walked away. we stood up there for 5 minutes before the other manager came and asked us if we needed anything. she then said she was sorry and gave us the missing item. she was the only nice employee. by far the worst experience ever and the rudest employees besides ONE. if you want to have a crap ton of missing food go to this wendy's.

Went there tonight drive-thru is supposed to be open till midnight. I pulled up to the drive-thru at 11:37 a female comes across the speaker and ask me if I would like to try a combo meal, I say no thank you and I proceeded to start ordering and a gentleman's voice comes across and says we're closed we're starting maintenance yeah I doubt there was maintenance it was 20 to midnight on a Friday night and he wanted to leave work well guess what I have to work till 11:30 I don't get to leave and quit early and I was hungry and I don't appreciate not being able to order food when you're still supposed to be open for 20 minutes so guess what McDonald's got my money instead

One would think the ownership would tell staff they should take 20 seconds away from assembling DoorDash orders to ring one man up one cheeseburger, but apparently that hasn't occurred to anyone to do. You can entirely forget even being greeted when you walk up to the register.

The past couple years this place has changed, I hate to say anything bad about people, but it's horrible. The last dozen times I went here it was over 45minutes in drive thru every time. The food is prepared awfully, every time. The are out of baked potatoes, every time... I have not been able to get one for 3 yrs! They should just take them off the menu, but it's the only real food on the menu. The drive thru speaker is always broken, so you are forced to wait 45minutes to find out they do not have your order, then you are trapped in a stand still line with no way out even tho you are not getting anything. It's the same MO over and over, it's been like this for years w/out me saying anything. How is the place even still in business?
Even just a simple cheeseburger, you know the thing this entire franchise is known for? They can't even make an edible one. When I worked here, and McD's, and BK, among others I did when I was young, we scraped and cleaned the grill between every batch of burgers. Now you get burnt grill scraps on every burger, it taste like burnt dirt, it makes you sick, it's disgusting and so is any human being that is OK with feeding that to fellow human beings.
*Edit - it had been a few years since I've been here so I thought I would give it another chance. This was a huge mistake. If anything they have gotten worse. The place is so unprofessional. It's almost scary to even think about eating something served from here, which is the gut instinct I should have heeded to. Woke up extremely sick the next morning after eating here, the food tasted disgusting and left a horrible taste in my mouth that I could not get out. This place should be closed and condemned.

Walked in and seeing someone new working at the cash register and he didn’t know how to do it so he asked for help, there was no problem with the young gentleman service it was his boss. He didn’t know what he was doing and asked for help and he got made fun of because of it I don’t like that I had to see that. Get a better boss who’s nicer to the employees and are willing to teach and not bully! Plus to add on top of that I got in the car and my order wasn’t right, maybe if the manager wouldn’t be a dick head his employees can make the orders right I wouldn’t recommend coming here if you want good service.
