This is my second visit to this place. I can't give any more stars. The first time they messed up my order and then this next time I waited over 20 minutes at the counter to be waited on. It's no wonder why there was plenty of seating available.

I’d like to start by saying this is no hate to Wendy’s food, it’s great. This specific restaurant is the worst LOL
Every time I come here they take at least 2-5 mins to speak through the drive thru speaker, if not more. Then without fail I always have to pull forward and wait 20 or so minutes for my food. They also have ran out of potatoes multiple times which is frustrating. This is supposed to be a fast food restaurant…yet it’s the opposite.

I love the food here, and the staff are phenomenal. I absolutely hate the new interior though. It looks like a prison. Gone are comfy chairs, and decorations. Now it's all wood and gray. It's uncomfortable and boring.

Had an issues with doordash/wendys today. Someone from doordash picked up my order and never brought it to me so it kept recycling in the system and sending drivers over and wendys ended up not remaking it even though I never received it at all. Not sure who's fault it was, but had to end up calling the store and the person that answered the phone was beyond rude and ended up hanging up on me before I was even done asking about my order. Did not get their name but it was a woman. And did not resolve my problem.

worst wendy's experience ever. never have i ever experienced the slow service, rudeness of employees, and so many forgotten items. it took nearly 10 minutes to order 3 meals and two additional items. it was clearly the cashiers first day and there was no one helping her at all. she was confused and tried to hang me my drink cup when i knew the drink i asked for was behind the counter. (note: it was a lemonade which anyone can clearly see is behind the counter) they then forgot one of our frostys and the manager (i assume) gave us attitude when we told her we were missing one. we then decided to check our bags to make sure all of our food was accounted for. we were missing our sandwich. (the most expensive one) we went up to the register to tell them and the manager that was rude looked at us and walked away. we stood up there for 5 minutes before the other manager came and asked us if we needed anything. she then said she was sorry and gave us the missing item. she was the only nice employee. by far the worst experience ever and the rudest employees besides ONE. if you want to have a crap ton of missing food go to this wendy's.

Ordered my food and asked for no tomatoes got my burger with tomatoes on it no onions no ketchup just some mayo and cheese, need to hire people that can actually do a simple job it’s fast food for crying out loud, unacceptable, on another note the girl at the counter was super nice and professional just the people in back that are incapable

Went there tonight drive-thru is supposed to be open till midnight. I pulled up to the drive-thru at 11:37 a female comes across the speaker and ask me if I would like to try a combo meal, I say no thank you and I proceeded to start ordering and a gentleman's voice comes across and says we're closed we're starting maintenance yeah I doubt there was maintenance it was 20 to midnight on a Friday night and he wanted to leave work well guess what I have to work till 11:30 I don't get to leave and quit early and I was hungry and I don't appreciate not being able to order food when you're still supposed to be open for 20 minutes so guess what McDonald's got my money instead
