Awful service ordered a 20 piece bbq got my nuggets didnt have like any sauce on them so i went up and asked for more they gave me nasty looks and what i believe to be the manager came with the sauce bottle and poured like a lod of it on them and started talking in the back and laughing very bad attitude would do 0 on all if could

I'm diabetic. Having a sugar loan I need to get something to eat. I walk in the Wendy's and the girl says I'm on break somebody will be with you in a minute. I stood there for 15 minutes nobody helped me. I'm giving one star to everything because the only thing anybody said to me is I'm on break. Hire new people!

I should probably preface this with saying this review is not indicative to the state of Wendy's as a whole, but why I will not be returning to this one in particular ever again.
Where do I even start? I went in yesterday and there was a customer in front of me, wanted to ring in a coupon. The nice girl behind the counter needed the manager for it. When he came out to do the coupon, he acted like he was being bothered to just do his job. He then proceeded to make scathing comments about the poor girl, just trying to do her job. What kind of manager berates their staff like that? Especially in front of customers?
I refuse to support a business with people like this at the helm. How many of those employees can't sleep at night and dread coming to work everyday because of him, and him alone? I'm just upset I didn't get the guys name, all I could notice was his crappy attitude and his extremely gross looking hands, those fingernails looked like they just did an hour in the deep fryer. How many more staff need to put up with this guy's abuse before someone within the company puts a stop to it?
I couldn't stay after that display, it was everything in me to call this guy out on his behavior, but I worried it would make things worse for the workers after I left, all I could do is walk out, I went to a competitor down the street for my food.
