The food was great and prepared correctly. I was having trouble with the app to get the free frosting on ice cream day and the manager took care of it. No problem! Staff was very kind. The only issue would have been. Tables weren't very clean. I had to clean ours off to sit down. Also it was strangely quiet so every time my child got a little loud it felt like it was screaming LOL but food was great!

Waiter for 20 minutes only to pull up to speaker and was told to wait a minute and they would take my order 3 minutes later and another person gets on the speaker and states they are only taking online or door dash orders because they are short staffed...went to Burger King across the road and they provided me with food only had 3 people working

This is by far the worst Wendyâs you can go to in Erie, I have nothing but problems everytime I go, which is why I wonât be anymore, Iâll drive across town to the other ones for now on. The employees are incredibly rude especially one gentleman in particular, couldnât get a name since he wasnât wearing his name tag but Iâm sure if you go there youâll know who Iâm talking about, he should absolutely be fired. I literally pulled up to the speaker my car didnât even stop yet and he screams â BE WITH YOU IN A SEC!â Unbelievably rude. I honestly donât know how this Wendyâs is still open. If you want Wendyâs Iâd recommend going to a different location if you want good service and good food.

Ordered an Asiago Chicken Sandwich that had Asiago cheese, tomatoes and lettuce only received a plain chicken sandwich plastered in mayo and our fries are cold. Worst service, worst food. Not worth the money I just spent. Extremely disappointing!

Lobby was closed at 630pm?? We walked in, werenât even acknowledged, and when we were⊠weren't told they were closed, instead the girl yelled across the store and said âI thought we locked the doorsâ. Horrible service do not recommend
