Don’t eat here.
Food is junk. Service is even worse. I asked for a refund after waiting 30 minutes and got mocked by a kid behind the counter.
Chick-fil-A is a short drive away.

Normally come to this location. First time ordering off the app. They forgot a large fry, no big deal we can share a fry. Dumped out the fries and found a band aid and a long hair at the bottom. Completely disgusted. Diner Beware!!!
Dont even want to give one star. We walked in to dine in, there was a bus of kids but they seemed to have ordered and were sitting down eating. My family of 4 stood at the counter waiting to order for about 10 minutes, not one employee took our order. Multiple employees came to the register, including the manager, to hit a couple buttons and walked away, a couple of them made eye contact but said absolutely nothing. Other employees were standing around the fry area bullshitting. So we walked out and went to Taco Bell and actually got paid attention too. This situation is very annoying and unfortunate. Get it together Wendy's.
Literally sitting here watching the underage staff eat fries on the line and stand around with hands in pockets and "cook" is hiding in door #2 texting while we're 8 cars deep... what the fijklmnop

Multiple times I have came to this location during the night shift and have either not been welcomed at the speaker, or for instance tonight I was at the speaker for over 20 minutes waiting to be greeted, with a vehicle at the window in front of me. I called out multiple times waiting for a response, physically called the location multiple times and was just getting sent to voice mail. The customer service has me extremely disappointed. Communication skills definitely need to improve before I return to this location.

Very long wait time in drive thru. Almost 30 mins. When it was finally my turn to order the worker was rushing me to place the order. (However still had to continue to wait to pay)
Not sure what was really going on as it is fast food. Also staff not so sure was in a friendly mood and it might have been from upset customers due to wait time and food wasn't as hot considering we thought they were needing to cook more

Last few times I tried to eat here the dining room was closed around lunch time. Would really like to sit and eat. Unsure why the dining area has been closed for so long.

I know it's cliche.... if I could leave zero starts I would. This place is not only slow but has some of the rudest workers I've ever dealt with. 2 people in the dining room and one car in the drive through. Only words spoken to us by the employee was when we ordered... not a single word spoken once we were up to the window. Dreadful establishment

Fix your front door
Nobody was able to go inside so drive through was packed when we went. I'd say pick any other wendys but not this one. They are great at messing up your orders and refuse to make it right. They are very rude and just don't care. They all seem to Hate their job and their lives. Even if they would have fixed the order I wouldn't want to wait in line another half an hour as they are extremely slow! 🙄 peach street wendys is better and nicer people. I'd rather drive a little further for better service then to go to this place again.

The food has usually been good when I’ve eaten here. But it’s chronically understaffed apparently, as the last 6 times or so I’ve happened to stop by the dining area has almost always been closed.

This place is slow as molasses. You think you can get around it by ordering ahead through the app only to realize they’ve closed the lobby and there is 15 cars in the drive through. Also had an employee call me the N word for complaining about the wait. Save you time and money and go elsewhere.
