The young lady taking orders wasn't very pleasant. She kept interrupting me saying she couldn't hear me, so I'd speak louder, but then she got an attitude about it. The food was hot & fresh, really good!

Drive thru slowest I've ever been to. They have employees just sitting inside doing nothing. Wait 30min in drive thru and your order is wrong, they talk back when you try and correct it. This franchise is a joke.

Let me start by saying I was completely shocked by the behavior of one of the employees at this location. My husband and I stopped in for breakfast, and we stood there for a at least 15 minutes before the manager told one the employees to come up and take our order. Let me tell you how utterly disrespectful she was. She was throwing a little hissy fit for being pulled from making salads to wait on customers. She was stomping her feet and making frustrated noises (like when you ground your 10 year old and they feel its unfair), and yelling at the manager. This young girl was absolutely insubordinate. The way she spoke to the manager was disrespectful! The manager told us that she was her daughter. Personally, I think the employee/daughter should have been written up and sent home. Its probably not a good idea for her to manager her daughter. It appears the daughter feels as if she can speak to her mom/manager and which way she wants to while at work! I definitely won't be stopping at that Wendy's again!

I had a hard day today at Wendy’s FIRST OF ALL the messed up my order twice and when I got my second order and they messed it up I was like whatever and then I took a bite and I was startled as my eyes looked upon a hair plus it took me 20 minutes just to sit at window waiting for my order I would not recommend unless you want your order messed up because it’s not the first it has happened

i try not to leave bad reviews cause i know how hard it might be working a minimum wage in 2025, but i think it’s pretty absurd to see 2 workers playing on their phone at the drive thru window instead of working, the line was very long and the lady doing my order wasn’t even focused and almost let me leave with the rest of my order. you could find much better service at a Taco Bell during rush hour than this place.
Absolutely horrible experience. Got there at about 12:45pm on a Sunday. 7-8 people working. Stood in line to order for over 15 minutes and no one took our order. They just kept saying we will be with you soon. They were completely focused on serving drive thru only. I understand drive thru times can impact store metrics however the patrons coming into the restaurant would also like to eat. After waiting we ended up leaving without ordering any food. We looked at the drive thru and it was a completely different set of cars from when we walked in 20 minutes prior.

We went to go in the the store at 7:45 and the lobby door was locked the worker there did not acknowledge us at all after someone in the lobby let us in, she asked other employees “I thought we locked the lobby” and not even 10 mins later they allowed someone else to enter and then locked the doors again. The website says the lobby and drive thru are open till 12 am. So I don’t know why they had the lobby doors locked.

This place was so dirty. There were fries all over the floor beneath the fry station and the floors were very dirty as well. The cashier asked me twice what I was ordering and still got it wrong. People in the work area were arguing and the manager just let it happen. When I asked the cashier for a refund she went and got the manager. The manager said nothing to me, didn't ask what happened or what my concern was. Too much for this group to handle for sure. Would not recommend this location.
