I went to the Wooden Ladle for the first time tonight, and I was really impressed by the nice decor and beautiful view. I had the gyudon for dinner, and it was delicious. There are several dishes that I would like to try, so my husband and I will definitely be coming back!

I had the Ginger tea, edamame & chicken gypza apetizers, Shoyu Ramen with Shrimp tempura & chicken wonton on the side and the Blueberry cheesecake & chocolate trio cake for dessert.
The atmosphere is so quaint and relaxing! The Ginger tea is A MUST HAVE! the Cheesecake is too; 10/10 hands down. RAMEN Tates better than the ramen I had in Thailand. The chicken is real chicken! So delicious & authentic! There is no place like this in Erie....

I came here for the first time tonight for date night with my lovely girlfriend and we are both blown away. The beautiful atmosphere is paralleled by the excellent service, both quick and friendly, and somehow surpassed by the quality of the food. I have never had a better all around experience at a restaurant. I could not recommend enough The Wooden Ladle.
