Very cool outdoor Summer Tavern/ Restaurant in Erie, PA. We stopped on the motorcycle for lunch during the last few days they were open. Sarah the server was friendly & pleasant, and the food was awesome. We will be back next year for sure!

It was my first time to Woody's Backwater BARge. It was a beautiful walk next to Lake Erie. It's an open air bar with a great maritime setting. It was late on Friday so it was not crowded. The service was fantastic and the staff was very friendly and professional.

This wasn't here when I lived here and I loved it. It was much bigger than I anticipated and was such a on the water vibe.
There is a U shaped bar with seats, and a bunch of tables around. There were tables in the shade or in the sun.
