Yes because I ordered a cheese pepperoni and mushroom pizza and the pizza was burnt the pepperonis were black and I called there they had me take pictures of the pizza meanwhile I was waiting for a response if I could get a new pizza and my pizza was getting cold and they told me no that's how their pizza comes out so do not order from Yum Yum's they do not care about their customers or they would've refunded my pizza

First time having today very disappointed. Wings not dressed very well 50 bucks for a regular taco pizza and 20 wings is pretty nuts. Won't be coming back

The food is good I like the place it's just disappointing when you spend 31 bucks on 8 tenders two handfulls of French fries and 4 pep balls and you cant even get the drink or the sauce you wanted after waiting almost an hour witch I don't mind waiting I'd rather you be late and everything be right then you be early with half the order

Food portions are great for the price you pay, and every item I've gotten from Yum Yum's so far has been fantastic! Small building, but usually you're in and out quick with pick up, so not a real issue. Absolutely love their spaghetti and meatball dish, and they pack it full!

We ordered delivery to our hotel room. The delivery driver was very personable and friendly. However, we were disconcerted to find out no utensils, paper plates or utensils were included. Since we were in a hotel room and I had ordered a salad this was quite inconvenient. Too bad because the food was delicious.

Staff is very rude. We are visiting Erie and on our last night here after a terrible trip we ordered from here. Pizza took an hour which was fine because that was already explained to us because they didn't have a driver on the clock at the time. Problem is the pizza was cold and the wings were drenched from condensation. I have been in the restaurant business for 30 years and that's a sign of the order being made and left to sit till their driver decided to show up. When I called for a refund I got the run around about having to wait to get a hold of the owner. I waited half an hour and called back, the driver picked up and had nothing but attitude and hung up on me. When I tried to call back they played little kids games but send the call to voice mail. When my fiance finally got through on her phone the said the can remake the pizza and we could pick it up. I wanted my money back to go to a place with competent employees. So the so called manager hung up on my fiance. I would give negative stars if possible because this place doesn't even deserve the star google makes you give.

Called For Food Today At 7:13pm. They Said It'd Be An Hour Wait And I Could Pay When They Arrive. I Called Back Around 8:30 Then They Said They Claimed It Would Be An Hour & A Half Wait. Then They Call Me 15 Minutes Later Asking Me For My Card Information Without The Driver Even Delivering My Food Yet. So I Call Back At 9pm & They're Closed. So They've Taken My Card Information, Didn't Deliver My Food Nor Did They Call To Let Me Know They Would Have To Cancel My Order. Worst Pizza Place In Erie! For Those Living On The East Side Like Me, Just Stick With Big Bar & Alfees! Yums Yums Is Officially Cancelled!

I ordered a wings and pizza special along with chicken fries and deep fried pickles online almost a month ago, when I received my confirmation I noticed it said I ordered 2 deep fried pickles only wanted one. I called YumYums and let them know about the mistake, the girl answering the phone said it would take a few days to refund my card but it would be taken off. Two hours later my food arrives, the pizza is not what I ordered the wing flavors are not what I ordered, I received NO chicken fries or deep fried pickles. I called YumYums and told them my food wasn't correct, the girl said the driver must have mixed up the order, she then stated she would have to contact the owner to give me a refund, I said I appreciate that and I'm willing to pay for the pizza (I asked for half pepperoni and the other half a bunch of toppings, the entire pizza was the same)but not the other items. She apologized and said it would be taken care of. I have called YumYums 3 times since this happened and spoke with TWO mangers. Here I am almost a month later with no refund.
Called and placed a order for delivery 2 and a half hours later its finally shows up cold and disgusting as well 20 dollars for a pizza and a 2 ltr... Go somewhere else

Orderd at 8:40 didnt close till 10pm never received my food never got a call or anything about the order was cancele or anything very disappointing was left hungry luckily the hotel had food to microwave wont never order from them again worst place ever they deserved not to be a company
