I had placed my order online and picked it up on my lunch break. Was VERY disappointed to learn that the cake I had ordered for my Mom's birthday (Burnt Almond Torte) was a tiny little cake. I ordered the much larger cake but received the small one even though I asked for no substitutions!!!! It won't happen again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It’s sad that a pharmacist can decide for political reasons not to fill a prescription. I had to scramble to find a new pharmacy before our trip out of country. By law, if they won’t fill it, they are supposed to refer to a different source. PA allows philosophical reasons for a pharmacy to refuse, but without leaving customer without other options.

They offer the best cakes in the area. You can customize your cake or order one from their book of licensed theme cakes. They also have gourmet cakes and cupcakes and a delicious assortment of cookies and fresh breads.

Rude frontline managers and overpriced compared to Walmart and Shop n Save ... i have taken 99 pc of my business elsewhere.

I work next door to this store so I am there almost everyday. They are CONSTANTLY out of stock of numerous products I get, every time I come in. I’m not even kidding, they will be out of 6 out of 10 things on my list. This happens all of the time. There was a brioche bread the bakery stocked and it was empty for a week straight. V8 juice is almost always empty. There was a frozen deep dish pizza I bought once about 6 months ago and literally haven’t seen them in the store since. This isn’t even counting the about dozen things I used to buy almost every day but they discontinued them.

This Giant Eagle is just like every other Giant Eagle that hasn't been updated or remodeled. However, it would have gotten 3 maybe 4 stars if it wasn't for the disgusting bathrooms that always curse this location. At 9:30 am the bathrooms were uncleaned with paper on the floors, trash cans that were full, dirty toilets (with urine all over them) and like always a terrible odor. And not to single the Murrysville location out, it's every Giant Eagle I have been in. I don't understand how a grocery store can have such low standards when it comes to the cleanliness of their restrooms. Now I see why people are getting sick from their groceries. Maybe the employees should be cleaning instead of just standing around talking all the time.

The store is well organized. It doesn't carry the Dove dry shampoo that I like to buy, but it sells several other beneficial products.

If you get one of the children's carts, be prepared for a long wait at checkout. You can only use aisle 12.
