Exceptional experience top to bottom. Cheers to the 2 Brothers who work so hard out in the open to make it all work. I highly recommend the Thai Shrimp on Watercress appetizer. So good I took a second one home with me.
The friend who was with me is a Foodie who recently took a trip to Singapore & Viet Nam. He said the food at Blue Fin was Comparable to the Best Food he had on that trip!
Even better when you don't have to fly 18 hours each way to get...

We always sit at the chef's counter and watching the magic happen never disappoints. James and his staff create dishes that are both delicious AND visually appealing. It's our favorite local place for sushi!
