“My boyfriend and I drove from MA to PA in April and we stopped at Ron’s on the first night before continuing our drive to our place to stay in Akron. We walked in and it was busy (Friday night at dinner time to be expected). We waited not long and grabbed two seats at the bar. The bartenders were all attentive, friendly and gave great recommendation. We shared Supersticks and Chicken Parm and a dessert to go. The food was incredible and great size portions. We loved it so much we ended up going back into town Sunday night instead of trying somewhere new because we enjoyed it so much that we wanted to try something else. The second night we shared the Nachos, a Buffalo Chicken Stromboli and French Onion Soup. It was equally as good and enjoyable as the first night and we sat in the dining room this time and the waitress was just as great as the bartenders! Now we say every weekend that we are going to drive to PA and stay the night just so we can go eat at Ron’s(one day we won’t be joking). Thank you for the amazing food, service and memories! We hope to be back soon!“

Our waitress was MIA most of the meal after she dropped off our food. No refills on drinks when we needed it. Then it took twenty minutes to get our check. Everyone around us was also complaining. One waitress for ten tables? It is obvious they were paying more attention to the larger party in the side room. . They need to hire more waitstaff. It spoiled the outing.“

The only downside is the price can add-up. For two people, the cost can easily be over $70, and that's just food (not any drinks).“

“The food is delicious and reasonably priced and the variety of available choices is incredible considering the size of the restaurant. My only negative is twice my pick up order was incomplete. Once a tuna salad did not have tuna on it and a seafood special did not include the side salad and garlic bread.“

Francis is a true master in the kitchen, each time we visit the menu is different, and I’ve yet to have anything short of incredible. The entire staff is friendly and passionate about the food and atmosphere of the cafe. Our favorite waitress Reelika always explains the menu so well and makes it such a fun experience.
