Took one hour for my order. Sometimes the chicken is too hot and over cooked and is sometimes cold but the inside is very cool. Very cheap prices and food makes you full. Don't recommend buying food on Saturday they take too long

You can’t pick up mobile order via drive thru. I have to get out of the car unload and load my new born. The whole point of mobile order was convenience and I don’t have to spend time to decide at the drive thru or get out to pick up.
They said they can’t see the mobile order in the drive thru window… I was the only order on their screen. There was no customer in the store, the only car in the parking lot and drive thru. they could have just hand it over to me…

This Exton location food was better than my last nearby location. Could be ordering earlier in the day on a busier day is better since the chicken is fresher and not sitting for a while.
