The ham was burnt on outside. Didn't open until Easter morning so couldn't really do anything about it. It tasted OK but wasn't the quality I expected or experienced in the past. I Drove an hour to pick this up. Wasn't worth the effort or cost.
I have never been in a Honey Baked Ham before, but I got a gift card for Christmas. The staff (Two teens and an older gentleman) were very helpful and patient explaining the menu to me. My hunch is this is a family run franchise. I grabbed two turkey breasts, one roasted and one smoked for $90 total. So far my family has tried the smoked turkey. I was unable to pay online; but otherwise, the ordering process was simple. Pick-up was streamlined even in Christmas chaos! The staff process at least 20 orders in 5 minutes! Very nice and friendly staff.
