My friends and I came for a quick bite after visiting the library mountain resort. i ordered the hot honey chicken sandwich and fries. They serve bar- type food. We all thought it was delicious. The staff were great and welcoming as well. Would recommend if you’re in the area!
We had dinner at Taverna 5450 while we were in the Gettysburg area. We both ordered seafood dishes and they were both excellent. Service was great and friendly. The restaurant was busy and it was fairly noisy, but we sat in a booth and that helped. We would not hesitate to go back, if ever in the area again.

Tried this place tonight and we were really hoping to like it since we recently moved to the area and have been looking for good local spots to eat away from the tourist trap that is Gettysburg. The atmosphere felt a bit more like a dive bar than a tavern. Not a whole lot of decor or anything really visually interesting going on. The patio outside looked nice, so I'm sure that gets packed during warmer months. We ordered a couple appetizers that came out in a timely manor. The reuben balls were over-fried and lacked the balance of flavors of a good reuben, i.e. missing that tang from a decent amount of saurkaut, and presentation was messy with the sauce just plopped right down on the plate. Crab dip was decent and was a good-sized portion. Gyro was pretty good, burger was cooked well-done instead of medium-rare. Fries were decent enough. Husband and I each had a rice bowl, he had the hot honey chicken, I had the steak BBQ. They were both underwhelming, came out of the kitchen lukewarm, and were lacking a good portion size of protein for the cost. They consisted of A LOT of rice, and both had raw green peppers and hardboiled egg which didn't really make any sense to either of us. Both were a total swing and a miss. At least my steak was cooked medium rare as I had ordered. Our server was attentive and checked in with us the right amount of times, promptly filled drinks and was pleasant. The only real compliment I can give to the kitchen is the food came out quickly.

This is a great place in Carroll Valley that I have enjoyed as a National Fire Academy attendee for the last 15 or so years. My wife and I recently had an enjoyable lunch that included their gyro and the crab cake sandwich. Neither disappointed! This restaurant is worth your time if you are in the area.

Came here to try something new, evidently website needs updated,says open sunday 11 -9 no one in site. Says closed Monday but has wing night 5- 10?
Today was our first time here. I had the crab balls and my husband had a Caesar salad. The food was excellent, not a bunch of filler. Well done all the way around service was excellent. We sat on the patio. The place was clean and the atmosphere was wonderful. I highly recommend this place.Also the prices were reasonable

Again, I've never been there, I used it as a point of reference for something. Somebody was selling to see how far away it was from my house. So yeah, I wouldn't know how the place is never been to that place been to that area nothing. But if you can Facebook's gonna bug me about it, and I'm going to give you a review about it.
