This is a great place in Carroll Valley that I have enjoyed as a National Fire Academy attendee for the last 15 or so years. My wife and I recently had an enjoyable lunch that included their gyro and the crab cake sandwich. Neither disappointed! This restaurant is worth your time if you are in the area.

Today was our first time here. I had the crab balls and my husband had a Caesar salad. The food was excellent, not a bunch of filler. Well done all the way around service was excellent. We sat on the patio. The place was clean and the atmosphere was wonderful. I highly recommend this place.Also the prices were reasonable

Again, I've never been there, I used it as a point of reference for something. Somebody was selling to see how far away it was from my house. So yeah, I wouldn't know how the place is never been to that place been to that area nothing. But if you can Facebook's gonna bug me about it, and I'm going to give you a review about it. Very loud the evening we went. Food was excellent as all 4 of us enjoyed our meals. Crab dip.was.some of the best I have ever had. Took a very long time from ordering to getting the meals.

Disappointed, again. We weren’t thrilled last time we went to Taverna, but we’re always willing to try again (once upon a time, they were great). Went for dinner this evening and it was mediocre at best. The server was very friendly, but that’s where it ended. My husband really only wants to go there for the lamb chops, and they were out. He got the ribeye, which he was fairly happy with, but the Caesar dressing tasted odd. I got the baked salmon, and while the sauce was okay, they salted the fish so much I couldn’t even eat it. When we said something to the server, she asked if it was the fish or the sauce. It was definitely the fish. She went to the kitchen and asked if they added salt to the fish and they admitted they did, but when they were told that they were way too heavy handed with it, they didn’t offer to do anything about it. I literally could not eat the fish, it was so salty. Which was a shame, because it was actually cooked properly.
Add to that that the renovations they did a couple years ago makes the place lack the warm feeling that it used to have, the floors were greasy feeling, the menus sticky, and the fact that they still haven’t done anything with the potholed parking lot made the overall experience less than desirable. It’s a shame, as we really used to like the place. I doubt we’ll go back.

Visited two nights in a row, and both times the experience exceeded our expectations! Diverse menu with everything cooked perfectly! Nice selection of beers as well!
First visit was amazing, with an excellent selection of beers and diverse menu offerings! The Ahi Tuna and Pork Chops were both cooked perfectly and the desserts were huge portions! We will definitely be back!

We met another couple at Taverna 5450. It was a Tuesday night. The crowd builded during the night. A couple appetizers weren't available, one was rueben balls, our friends suggested before we learned they weren't available. The entree were very well done. Loved my tuna steak. We spent two hours with our friends and weren't rushed out quickly. It was a very enjoyable night.

Decent place. They got slammed when we went, which caused an extended time for the food, and they didn't appear to have enough help for the crowd. The servers were very pleasant and apologetic for the delays. My drinks with ice kept coming out with stuff in it so I eventually had to get no ice and the drink was fine.
