I go there 6 days a week at 6 a.m., never a good morning or thank you and that's with a tip each day
Never typically have a problem, but today was awful. Ordered two coffees and 10 chocolate munchkins. Literally waited 5 minutes in the drive-thru for the coffee.. seriously? When I pulled out, I realized I had no straws, I was given the wrong munchkins, and my coffees were a dripping mess. I went back through the drive-thru and explained what happened with the munchkins. She gave me the straws and a new bag of munchkins. Guess what!? Wrong ones again. Incompetence.
