Let’s be clear this is a gym that has a restaurant. The quality of the food was good but could be better. For the price, I guess it was reasonable. I had a bowl and a smoothie. Bowl was mostly good as stated above but the smoothie was way too runny, I would be surprised if any frozen ingredients were used.

Great , fresh lunch to go!
Got a rice bowl with chicken the other day created by Anthony. The bowl had beautiful garnish and I felt very welcomed. It’s nice getting a great workout and a great meal all in one.

Many recommend it as a better alternative to Chipotle, and some even wish they could eat there every day. Guests have enjoyed custom salads, blackened chicken with fusion fire sauce, and spicy guacamole, all made with fresh ingredients. There are vegetarian options available, including tacos, bowls, acai, and quesadillas. The restaurant features both indoor and outdoor seating, with clean facilities that add to the enjoyable experience.
