I just picked up my first order. Baby back ribs and Brisket. (no sides) I had to try the brisket right there in the parking lot. Oh. My. Goodness!! The flavor and tenderness was amazing. I grabbed a rib at the first traffic light. Again, amazing. My guy and I love smoked meats. Sadly there's not much around this town. 35 mile round trip was worth it. 5 stars. Thumbs up. Full belly. Big smile.
Great place to grab some barbecue. Hours change in the fall. They have a really nice back patio

Literally the best pulled pork in town! There are not better sides in town than the Mac N Cheese, Cheesy potatoes and Smoked corn.

They got that bend over backwards tender brisket. Everything we had was a home run.

Stopped in and had the Walter, Mac and cheese, pretzels.
Pretzels- cold, paltry
- served with side of queso cheese which was the consistency of liquid pepto bismol. Very odd.
Mac-n-cheese- fair, forgettable.
The Walter- a brisket sandwich sliced thin (in the wrong direction of the meat) served with pickles and other items on a roll. The brisket was a burn your face off black pepper mess. Honestly, I’m stumped by the 4.5 star reviews. It was heinous and I couldn’t finish it. Fatty and gross.
I’ve seen brisket done amazing well, this was something to forget, forever.

Great food. Nice patio area. Friendly staff. Felt like a barbecue at a family gathering.
We stopped by for takeout. I got a sandwich with brisket and upgraded my side to the mac and cheese. My boyfriend had the bean burger. Both sandwiches were great. I got 2 meals out of my sandwich and mac. We will definitely be back to try more things. I really appreciate the veg options for my significant other.

Was downtown in Erie last night at an event that they were serving with a 13 week old beagle puppy named Peach that I was watching for the week. I didn’t plan ahead and failed to bring some water for the puppy. Not only were the people running the food truck super kind to Peach, they offered a free water bottle and a dish so she wouldn’t go thirsty. Peach the beagle puppy was very thankful and her thirst was quenched. Thanks guys!

I recommend this place 100 times over. When we first walked in we were greeted as if we were regulars. Very friendly and inviting atmosphere. We had the pulled pork which was to die for and the brisket which was the best we've ever had. Ashley was super friendly and helpful. You can tell that a lot of love goes into the food.
Definitely give this place a try you will not be disappointed!!!

Food is great, atmosphere is coolAnd staff is friendly. byob and pop ups from local breweries. Every dish and side is packed with flavor. Must stop for sure.
Vegetarian options: Might not think a BBQ spot is ideal for vegetarians but the options here are slamming - the black bean burger, sweet potato and corn are my favorites but there are other options
Parking: Plenty of parking
Kid-friendliness: Great for kids, Mac n cheese is a favorite. Also have sliders, grilled cheese and others. Our kids love it. Patio is great for kids to play while we enjoy a beer!

Always a great experience. We have been eating Tim's food since it was the food truck and we love coming out to the shop. We recently got reubens for St. Patrick's Day and it was easily the best reuben in town. Also Tim made homemade Reuben tater tots that were one of the best things I've eaten in a while. I especially how the restaurant collaborates with other businesses and is willing to make creative eats constantly.

Dear owner- I complained when my brisket was served very fatty, I couldn’t eat it, and the other meats in the 3 meat sampler were served to me cold . When I complained I was told that “… (I) …wasnt monitoring your food coming out.” But they disnt offer to make it right either . Terrible terrible terrible . We used to come here all the time,, and adored this place, but food and service has deteriorated over the past year, With only 4 other diners in here at 5:30pm, you would expect them to do something right . Food served cold, my sides were served on someone else’s plate. This is 2 for 2 now … 2 back to back fatty brisket bad meals in the past 9 months, and it falls on deaf ears,. Is anybody home ? What happened guys? You used to be good .
