It always a pleasurable experience coming here for dinner. We had the seafood tower between the two of us and it was delicious. The chef made a ceviche with scallops that was to die for!

I generally do not rate, actually this is my first but regarding my previous comments, I failed to mention the fact that for my 4 guests I was embarrassed that I recommended eating at Aqueous. Yes embarrassed. Most restaurants were closed so service should have been adequate!

This is the mid range priced restaurant at Nemacolin. Service was efficient. Grilled salad was not grilled...just lightly torched and very cold. Otherwise our meals were good. Ambience is lovely and Falling Rock Hotel is beautiful.

Food was delicious. Could of had Lobster in the bisque but the soup was amazing. Great mussels, soak up the broth with bread. Fish entrees were the best.

Beautiful interior design, excellent service, and the food is amazing. The Korean short rib is very tender and it is huge. The scallops taste fresh but the portion seems light. The one thing that could improve is the room temperature as it gets cold sitting beside the windows and when it is dark there is nothing to see. Other than that the restaurant is great.
Fantastic experience! Wonderful wait staff absolutely loved it here. The food was delicious the drinks were equally wonderful! They even did a custom smoked old fashion for me which wasn't on the menu.

It is pricey but as previously stated a very nice atmosphere with very friendly and attentive staff. If you are looking to celebrate a special occasion and are in the Farmington area I would recommend visiting.
