We had a very disappointing experience here. We had a late reservation at about 8. When we sat down we ordered drinks and an appetizer to start. It took a very long time for our mixed drinks to arrive and the appetizer never came! By that time we had been waiting so long we figured it was best to just forget about it. Breakfast was good; service terrible. Waited 30 minutes for food to arrive. Wrong order. Waited another 20 minutes. Had to ask about my meal and it was finally delivered. Food was good, just awful service. Way too understaffed or I would've given a little better rating.

This was my second time here. I remember that the first time going, it was difficult to get to the restaurant, but I also remember that typically, the restaurant is primarily for the guests who are roaming. We were seated right away and with a view - even though it was 8:30 pm, i liked where we were sat. Our wait staff were helpful. Our food came VERY quickly.
