Everything about this place deserves a 5 star rating: the food is incredible, the service is friendly and personable, the atmosphere is lovely, the little cat that hangs around is even adorable. My partner and I were doing a weekend trip to hike and relax and this was the perfect spot to end on trip on a Sunday. It's not common to see London Fog Lattes on any menu, so I have to try one when I do, and this was one of the best I've ever had. If you're a tea lover, I highly suggest trying it. The Bird and the Angry Bird were both amazing, you can taste the quality in the food and the coleslaw is a must. I can't say enough about this place, everything they're about is positive. We were too full to try a smoothie, so we've decided that's just another reason to return soon.

The food was very good, as well as the service. The wraps and mac and cheese are delicious, as well as the high quality cranberry sauce that came with our meals. The only downfall is the price of the single food items. An option with sides would be bearable paying the amount they want.

Locals, use to love this place. Now last two times we had issues. We thought today was a good day to go, kind of off season, and it wasn't busy. But they screwed up my wife's order-she was excited to get a holiday tortilla of some sort, they gave her a ham sandwich, when it came back out it was a quesadilla of some sort with dark meatish texture- it was a mess. Now every table was not clean (I cleaned mine and our neighbors table with some paper napkins I had to get behind the counter). Wife went to the bathroom, no toilet paper. Not sure why this was, as it really wasn't busy as usual Guess just an off day for them, but twice now we had similar issues. The prices are just very high for the local folks, especially for this type of service and portion size. People seem nice but for the price and quality they need to get where they use to be.

After hiking in the snow at Ohiopyle all morning with a friend, we decided to get an early dinner here since it had gluten and dairy free options. This place was amazing and is worth going to if in the area! Their lattes are great and the food was delicious! The service was quick the ambiance was great. I really was not expecting this place in ohiopyle since the area is Sialkot just greasy fries and messy burgers but this place was far better and worth the extra drive.

My wife and I have been going to The Bittersweet for, like, evvvvvv errrrrr! The staff, the indoor and outdoor seating, and the food are all really outstanding. Everything we've had to eat there is outstanding. It's sorta like being in a "happy place" for us.

It was mother's Day and it was packed 40 minute wait time The food is usually fantastic here but since they were so busy it wasn't up to their normal character that's why I had to give it a lower gradeUpdated review just went today no lines great service the food as normal was exceptionalParking: Limited number of spaces adjacent and in front but additional parking is in the back

The ambiance is beautiful but the coffee drinks are incredibly overpriced. I ordered my usual - 16 oz Americano (came with two shots), add extra shot, 1/2 in steamed milk -- $9.00!!! This drink costs me about $4.95 at Starbucks. I have never paid more than maybe $5.50 and I'm from California. My favorite shop in CA serves 4 shots in their 16 oz Americano for literally half the price. $9.00?! Completely insane. And the coffee was just OK. will never go back after that.

It's a smaller, intimate place. They have a smaller menu (which I prefer) as food is made to order. I haven't had a bad experience yet there and have gone numerous times. They are more of southern style so you can find biscuits & gravy. Never had until at this place & a southern friend of mine said it's good. Food is always hot & if you need small modifications, they got you. They also have a small bakery counter if you just want a pastry. The tables are a bit close but it's to try to get as many people served as possible. It's a place I bring people to regularly.

The coffee was really good. The breakfast menu was puzzling and super expensive. I mean-more than my day breakfast place located in the upper west side of Manhattan. Puzzling because everything is side YouTube can have a huge bowl of potatoes drenched in black pepper....add two eggs and it's 14.00. No toast. That's another side and then your breakfast is 17-18....in PA. Also I don't want a huge bowl of just one thing. One of the reason I go out is to have a nice plate of a couple of items. Maybe lunch is better
