Gusto! is a standout restaurant at the Nemacolin Resort, known for its beautiful and phenomenal food. The menu features outstanding dishes like the Shrimp and Lemon Bucatini pasta, widely considered the best pasta, along with bolognese pasta, chicken parm, pinwheel lasagna, and gnocchi. The braised short ribs, brick oven pizza, calamari, and broccolini are also delicious. For dessert, the tiramisu, lemon tart, olive oil cake, and seasonal pistachio gelato are highly recommended. Meals begin with complimentary focaccia bread or whipped feta.
