The management- specifically the manager- argued with a young couple in frontbof us - who were sat beside us because they had reserved a table upstairs months ago and dhdn t get got there - they were sat downstairs. The father questioned and pulled the RUDE Manager aside and got No satisfaction. SO THEN we got involved in the issue bec the same thing happened to us during the holidays. They comped our meal but this time they did nothing for thos young family after the waitress spilled spilled drinks on the previous family sitting at that table who they had moved. LONG STORY SHORT - THE CURRENT MANAGER NRRDS AN ETIQUETTE COURSE !!! He was a real Jerk

Gusto! was honestly the standout spot at the Nemacolin Resort. I really loved the food. The service that night we went to wasn’t the best, but the Shrimp and Lemon Bucatini pasta made up for everything.
They also had focaccia bread that was so good. Everything I tried was really solid. It is pricey, but it makes sense because it’s inside this luxury resort. Overall, amazing food and definitely worth trying if you’re already staying at Nemacolin.

Dinner at Gusto! was outstanding. We ordered the bolognese pasta, broccolini, and finished with the tiramisu. Every dish was perfectly prepared, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. On top of that, the service was absolutely over the top—friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. A true gem we’ll definitely return to!

I didn’t have a single bad bite at Gusto. From start to finish—from the complimentary bread to the dessert—everything was phenomenal. We tried the pinwheel lasagna, the braised short ribs, a brick oven pizza, and even the drinks were exceptional. Every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. I truly couldn’t recommend this place more.
