The management- specifically the manager- argued with a young couple in frontbof us - who were sat beside us because they had reserved a table upstairs months ago and dhdn t get got there - they were sat downstairs. The father questioned and pulled the RUDE Manager aside and got No satisfaction. SO THEN we got involved in the issue bec the same thing happened to us during the holidays. They comped our meal but this time they did nothing for thos young family after the waitress...

Gusto! was honestly the standout spot at the Nemacolin Resort. I really loved the food. The service that night we went to wasn’t the best, but the Shrimp and Lemon Bucatini pasta made up for everything.
They also had focaccia bread that was so good. Everything I tried was really solid. It is pricey, but it makes sense because it’s inside this luxury resort. Overall, amazing food and definitely worth trying if you’re already staying at Nemacolin.
