I love this place! We eat here frequently but usually takeout. This was the first I have eaten inside since the remodel. The dining area looks great. The food is always delicious and all of the staff is very friendly and attentive.
Great spot for authentic Sicilian cooking, like your mama made. We received a very warm welcome and delicious dinner. The atmosphere is very welcoming, clean, and comfortable. Many good things on the menu. We will be back.

This place has the authentic Italian recipes that melt in your mouth. Order pasta and taste the sauces made from scratch. You will love it. They do have delicious pizza and subs, but treat yourself to a nice relaxing sit-down dinner.

This place is a hidden gem. I’m happy to see that it has a lot of glowing reviews and that other people know how great it is. I stopped in with my family recently and got the Mediterranean Mahi Mahi Risotto. It was flavorful and delicious, the fish was cooked perfectly. Their bread is amazing. My son got their children’s pizza which normally isn’t anything special at other restaurants but theirs was actually great and had amazing crust. My mom’s had their pasta before (I haven’t yet) and said that it’s homemade and delicious. Makes sense since the owners are from Sicily-they know what they’re doing. I wish I lived closer so I could go there more often.
First time at Giacomo's. He and his staff are friendly. They hands down make the best pizza I've had in ages. The crust is to die for! I'll be stopping here every time when backpacking through Michaux.

My wife, daughter and son joined me for Lunch at Giacomo's Restaurant today to celebrate our 55th wedding anniversary. I ordered the spaghetti with Italian sausage, peppers and onions. WOW... the sauce on the spaghetti was absolutely delicious... best I have tasted in many years. I have a healthy appetite and was pleased with the ample portion of pasta I was served, It also came with a fresh garden salad and bread. All of the meals my family ordered today were excellent!I have dined at every Italian restaurant in the Chambersburg area and Giacomo's is definitely my favorite (and in my opinion, the best by a wide margin). The service is always excellent and the owner is very involved and makes sure you have a good dining experience. You can always expect a great meal at a reasonable cost when you dine at Giacomo's Restaurant.

Best Italian food for miles and miles- the sauces alone are divine, then there is the delicious bread, the wonderful atmosphere and owner who ensures you have an amazing experience, and now the dining area is fully renovated and just lovely. You CANNOT go wrong here. A few things you may want to try- squash soup (it is not on the menu but ask! It is utterly divine!) their salads are out of this world, and my father- a native New Yorker- says the pasta with sausage and peppers outshines even Italy itself for amazing! There isn’t a bad thing on the menu and everything I’ve ever eaten is just delicious.If you get lucky enough to see squash soup on the menu in autumn- do yourself a favor and order it.
