The Chambersburg area has seen several people try a setup like this establishment has going.So far, the other ones have folded. The owner of this place has got it down. The specials are extremely reasonably priced and you really just can't beat them.The brisket was so juicy I needed a napkin to wipe off my fingers after I tried some. The smoke wings were on point. I am seriously impressed. I've tried quite a few of the BBQ places in the rough Tri-State area (and always looking for more) and the brisket sandwich I had here was probably the best item I've had. It was *good*. The mac and cheese was also top notch. The baked beans were definitely above average, though I think it's hard to elevate baked beans, generally.The service was friendly and kind and the price was very reasonable.
