The Chambersburg area has seen several people try a setup like this establishment has going.So far, the other ones have folded. The owner of this place has got it down. The specials are extremely reasonably priced and you really just can't beat them.The brisket was so juicy I needed a napkin to wipe off my fingers after I tried some. The smoke wings were on point. I would highly recommend everyone to give this place a try so it's here to stay.The staff were very friendly and engaging making me want to come back again and again.

I am seriously impressed. I've tried quite a few of the BBQ places in the rough Tri-State area (and always looking for more) and the brisket sandwich I had here was probably the best item I've had. It was *good*. The mac and cheese was also top notch. The baked beans were definitely above average, though I think it's hard to elevate baked beans, generally.The service was friendly and kind and the price was very reasonable. I'm really looking forward to trying the other things on the menu.Oh, and the sauce was really good, too.Do note, there's no dine in seating, but that's not a big deal to me.
This soul-satisfying Barbecue is truly one of a kind, especially for our area. You can't go wrong with the prices, and you can't go wrong with the selections. The bark on the brisket lent to the soft spice the pervaded the juicy and tender quality of the meat. The pulled pork utilized the same softness of the spices but did not take away from from the general flavor of the meat. T.J. is a true master, and it's only going to get better.They have great service. I felt like I was meeting friends; they wanted to know what I thought and how I was doing. I left knowing I'd be coming back because I can't wait to try the chicken as well. And I can't wait to talk to them againThe green beans even reminded me of soul food, and you can't go wrong with the smoked mac and cheese.Seriously. Get it. Did I mention that they'll be open during the winter and that they even CATER events?And, nope. I'm not getting paid for this review. I'm just ecstatic that I finally found delicious BBQ not far away.I just hope that T.J. will consider a dinner special that provides a meat sampler. I'd pay for that piece of heaven.

I had the ribs. I knew they were going to be good but my nephew ate the WHOLE rack before I could get some. He is only 8. Sooo I had to get some more. He ate most of them and when I finally got some I really really understood why he ate so many.You have got to go the soul smoked. You won't regret it. So good so good so good

We had the pleasure of having our daughter's graduation picnic catered by Soul Smoked BBQ and my goodness was it awesome!!! TJ and his wife pulled up and went right to work! Unfortunately they could stay and hang out with us and had they stayed they would have seen the looks, smiles and taken in all the rave on they're food. It was the hit of the picnic!!! Brisket, pulled chicken, pulled pork, ribs, collard greens, beans, Mac and cheese and Cole slaw was our menu and let me tell you it was absolutely amazing. From the time I started talking with TJ it was like I was talking to an old friend. He was very helpful in making sure we had the right portions for the event and just making sure we were going to eat real good on that day. We got our money's worth for sure!! Thank you TJ and your crew for your hard work and the best damn BBQ on the planet you almost made me smack my momma lol but unfortunately she likes to swing back !!!!! You all helped make our daughter's day amazing!! There was no taking food home after this event everyone ate, ate and ate again until it was gone omg it was crazy walking around watching and talking to everyone. All I kept hearing was man I'm going back up to get more of this, more of that it was just crazy lol your stack of business cards gone bruh GONE!!!!!
