I ordered a large strawberry/banana sundae. The was not one strawberry or banana in the sundae. When I inquired I was told that everything was artificial. What a rip off.

I have stopped at igloo ice cream several times and have had great service. The young man that works there is so friendly and kind. The ice cream selections are great to choose from.

Loved the strawberry cheesecake ice cream, huge scoops also. We will definitely drive 15 min. and go again. There are specials everyday also.

went and no other customers there at the time ordered 2 small cones dipped in chocolate and small chocolate in dish. weren't able to make 2 cones and ice cream in a cup. didn't get the whole order then they said it wasn't rang up right. something is always a problem.
The staff has no idea what they are doing. Took them three times to make a chocolate dipped cone. Threw 2 perfectly fine cones away that could have just simply been dipped. This was after i see they are standing around and not making it and i had to tell them we were missing it.
