This is what is considered fine at the only fast food in Finleyville. I don't know why we keep going back. Just a waste of money. 3 out of 10 chicken fingers(barely bigger then nuggets) were that size. The other 7 barely bigger than that. 8.99 and 10.99. just go get a bag of Tyson from GE for 7.99-9.99 and you'll be happier. Fries soggy. 1 person making food for whole town. Owner could care less. This has been like this for years. It use to be different or at least they would put one more finger to make up for being so small. Btw I've paid extra for up to 6 extra sauces over the last 2 years and don't receive even the ones that come with meal 😂. let alone the .79$ per extra that are left out. Be prepared for heartbreak if it's busy. Online order, leave 20 mins after you order. Sit for another 20 mins and wait. Again. 1 person making food. 4 making ice cream. At least the employees are nice.

A while ago my wife also ordered her usual chocolate dipped cone with sprinkles but they told us they weren’t able to add sprinkles to the cone? Not a big deal. Today we arrived at 8:38pm and stood at the window for 10 minutes before someone finally came up and told us the kitchen is closed even though they close at 9.

Asked for an all pumpkin blizzard cake. Got a pumpkin blizzard cake with that nasty chocolate crunchy crap in the middle. I have been getting these for years and never had chocolate in the middle.

I always ask for bottled water for my meals an NEVER GET IT never again girls like come get it then I said no I was charged you bring it she said ok never took information just like I didn’t want to bother her with flirting with the cook now I never got my bread with the meal of chicken strips I m not spending my money there anymore they just don’t care threw the drive threw it’s along wait an don’t give you everything u order very rude to me

Horrible came thru drive thru today lady said they didnt have ice for drink who wants warm flat soda i asked is there some type of discount she got rude raised her voice said no the heavy older lady is rude everytime she make me an my client blizzard its very watery ig they dont flip it no more because clearly they cant make it righT anymore worse dairy queen i ever been to and bad employees management need to do some firing because we paying for good quality stuff not poorly made please do better because its a rip off!! Would’ve gave zero stars if could

Theyre a hot mess. Drive thru was backed up. Ordered walk up and customers that ordered after me food was ready 1st. Then they handed my bag to some random guy in line. Not the sharpest tools in the shead.
Also gave me regular coke instead of cherry. They dont care to listen very well.
The workers really hustle. Long drive thru line,standing lines,and my mobile app order is always done on time

We just left DQ I ordered a small vanilla and I ask the young lady if they had chocolate Jimmies she said no just rainbow, I said ok ill just have a small vanilla, another girl handed me a small with colored jimmies. I said I ordered a small vanilla she made a comment to the other gal, she did order rainbow jimmies, and she proceeded to wipe the jimmies off with a napkin..no kidding! I told her I was not going to eat that now and she very rudely disposed of it, I told her not to be mad, I just didnt order or like the colored jimmies.She then basically shoved another in my hand..very nasty disposition! I don't think she likes her job!
