I went to the drive thru and must have waited for about 10 minutes. I assumed they were busy but I drove passed the windows and there was no customer inside and no one in the drive thru line. I didn't have time to go inside otherwise I would have. The lady was just standing there and was not working on anything. Horrible experience. Would never go back there again.

The fact that "America runs on Dunkin" might explain the state of our country. If you aren't in the drive through, 5he6 don't care about you. 20 minutes for a cold breakfast sandwich. Still for get my coffee. They forget my doughnut every single time I come in. Changed hands multiple times Always been horrible. Worst dunkin I've ever been to

Ordered an egg and cheese sourdough sandwich as I do not eat bacon, along with a medium unsweetened iced tea. Previously it was a little over $6.00. Today it was $7.98. So when I questioned it, woman didn't even bother to find out why. Here... it was the bacon. Something I did not order I had to pay almost two dollars for. Not happy!

Person at counter was good and quick with the coffee but the bagel stuffed minis were microwaved not actually baked. 1/2 was inedible. The dough was like a rock.
Also the restroom was filthy.

This was the usual DD stop for me... a large hot coffee with cream and sugar, and everything was fine. I would not this DD is not easy to find because it is in a gas station. The signage for the DD is a little small and so if you are not familiar, you may question yourself as to its location.
Parking: This DD is in a gas station and so there's limited parking.

One thing I have noticed is that every dunking do not make your ice coffee the same. But if you go to any Starbuck's it is all the same. You have to step up Dunking.
I Feel bad I Complained about the 7 minutes I waited for in Drive Thru I apologize. They were understaffed and the coffee was amazing made perfectly. First experience was ruff, but with this coffee taste I’ll be back coming from ambler

I was the only person in store and 2 persons on the drive thru. 1 of 2 employees stated that he was too short staffed to assist me and directed me to the kiosk. The kiosk was frozen and difficult to navigate. No follow up offered by employee. Mind you, I was his only in store customer. Needless to say, I did not get any breakfast. Take your business elsewhere.

So I went back to get some decaf black coffee, Medium and two donuts, one for Mom and one for my brother. The nice guy associate put some pop ins in my bag, I thought that was nice. Good night Google Family.
