Just left this Dunkin, the drive thru was long so we decided to go in. There was three workers. When we came into the store nobody greeted us, we waited about 3 to 5 mins. Still nobody said anything. We were just standing there. We left and went to wawa. Which we should have did in the first place. Will not go back to this Dunkin again.

This place sucks so bad. The line wasn’t even that long, and took longer than anything I’ve ever experienced in my life. I hate this place. Go to the fort washing Dunkin instead. The 5 minute difference in drive will save you 20 minutes of waiting, and you won’t lose 20 years of your life mentally. This place sucks.

I was in the area and wanted to give this location a try I ordered a crossiant lightly toasted with butter it was horrible taste stale and my ice coffee could have been a little better customer service was ok

I usually order a decaf Dunkin’ Latte because I haven’t had caffeine in years, but today I received a regular espresso latte by mistake. I didn’t notice until after finishing the drink, and it made me feel shaky, lightheaded, and unwell. For someone who specifically orders decaf, this kind of mix-up can have a big impact. Please be more careful when preparing decaf orders — accuracy is really important for customers who cannot tolerate caffeine. Also I want to mention the men who attend me was kind of rude and impatient.

This location has toasted my bagels maybe once out of the many times I've been there - it looks and feels like they microwave it or something, so the bagels are almost always rubbery, which I've never experienced at any other location.
Some of the workers here are super nice and diligent but some of them barely know how to speak or communicate properly. It is truly a gamble whether your order will be right or not.

If I could give negative -5 stars I would. My niece had an interview at this location and the interviewer was a no-show. She received no phone call, text or email. She waited for 30 minutes and nothing. The staff in the store were dumbfounded. It is no surprise this location get's horrible reviews and has a low rating. Whoever operates this location (or any other location) needs not to. The level of incompetence is astounding. Unprofessional. Unaware. Zero business accumen. Don't work here. Don't buy here.
Wrong drink, wrong straw size, and hot coffee is so bitter. Iced coffee was WATER. Gave this place another chance and they completely disappointed. If I didn’t have to drive elsewhere I’d go back for a refund. You skimp on flavoring, coffee tastes old.

Ordered a bagel with cream cheese and there were pieces of other cheeses mixed in, maybe American and cheddar. Absolutely disgusting they don’t care they just throw anything they have on the bagel and give it to you then catch an attitude when you ask about it. NASTY do not eat here

I got a French cruller, which was not fresh but still good. I also got the snakin bacon, which was delicious. The people were nice it did take kind of a while when no one was there. The tsble were clean, but the floor was dirty, and the bathroom was disgusting.
