But the fact that they charge for FROZEN WATER and not the more popular BIGGER SHOT (like every other bar and restaurant does. ..ugh!) makes me want to rush on down to PA and get this top grade water and see for myself.
How dare some of the other riff raff complain about an "on the rocks" pour and not just simply celebrate this purest of pure and tastiest of tasty ice that cost $4.50. MY GOD!!! What rock do these miscreants crawl out from under?
Next time, I will be sure to order EXTRA "on the rocks." I want my spirit to swirl around and be diluted by this amazing ice made from the nectar of the God's, and available only at this excellent establishment.
Please, Halligan's Bartender, do not do the unthinkable and give me extra alcohol. That would be unimaginable. I most definitely want less and to be charged more.

Smallest glasses for wine and mixed drinks 4 oz. yet they charge full price. I asked for a bigger glass but told they didn't have any. charged $16.00 for double in a beer glass. Will not return. Food was. just ok (Pub Food) also over priced.

I ordered takeout so can't comment on atmosphere or noise. The turkey dinner was so salty I could only eat a small portion. The cranberry sauce was missing. So disappointed. It's a lot of money to spend on what is almost inedible and with missing cranberry sauce.

It wasn’t busy, we arrived 10 minutes early and were immediately seated. No one offered us water and staff were sitting around staring at the TV so we left after 20 minutes. THEN the manager comes into tue parking lot to ask us what’s wrong. Never been there before and not going back.
Great Irish bar! The food is great! I recommend the wings, burger, Halligan fries and mozzarella cheese. It can be a little more expensive than your normal corner bar but so worth it.
Find local pub with good fit’s and friend atmosphere.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!! If you aren’t a “regular” you won’t get waited on. Waited over 20 minutes to have a server come to our table, even though parties that came in after us we’re served right away. We tried to move to the bar to be served and were told to leave because it was reserved for regulars. Bar staff were rude and belligerent. Horrible experience!!!

As of 2024 this bar has NFL Sunday Ticket. Eagles games are on most TV's when they play but other games can be set up up on request! During non eagles games, most games will be on a TV. Also has Big10 network for Penn State games!
