Tonight I had one of the specials. It was described as a bowl with three cheeses, shrimp, steak and chicken and topped with chorizo. It was delicious! I have never been disappointed with a meal at Tamarindos! Been coming for 20+ years!

Creative unique menu with a great patio setup. Dining area is huge. We had a couple of specials that were great. Restaurant has a full bar now. Great place for large groups. Looking forward to coming back.

Not a good experience. Looked understaffed. Got seated and then took a while to place order. We’re not offered specials, over heard giving to other tables. Drinks and appetizers came out pretty quick. Average. Food took at least 30 minutes and was obviously under a warmer as the steak was rubbery and the enchilada sauce was dried out. Was asked if we wanted rice and beans and then charged $6, to me unusual to not be a side in this type of restaurant. Food and service was not worth the price. Never asked how everything was. Will not be going back.

Fernando was amazing. As a first timer, my fajitas were well seasoned, juicy and my margaritas were off the chain! Absolutely superb! Would recommend this place to anyone!

I’ve eaten at a lot of good Mexican restaurants and this is by far the best. Service is always excellent. The food - won’t find that anywhere else. It’s better than some of the steakhouses - especially the artichoke and chicken quesadillas appetizers and the ribs are amazing too.

We stopped in for a casual lunch one day and I was pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious -- I had lamb with rice and beans and plantains-- superb. My colleagues were happy with their meals as well. Service was prompt and attentive. We enjoyed our meal on the sunny patio :)
