Pizza was good. Pizza maker took pride in his pizzas BUT the older woman (Manager) did NOT acknowledge me while i stood there for a full 10 minutes. NO ONE DID. But the manager just acted like i did not exist. Then a young woman emerged from the back and asked me if i needed help and gave me my pizza. It was the pizza i had been staring at in the case. My lady and I enjoyed this location earlier (2/19/20) and we've never had problems here. Our server was fun and interactive so that was awesome. For us, no one out-pizzas the hut.
What an awful service, no sense of humor and no personal touch. The employees at 7:54 on a Sunday April 22 2018 are the worst. The waitress didn't have a customer service touch and sense of humor. Not recommended, AT ALL!!!!

Overall, it is a mixed experience with room for improvement, but the tasty pizza makes it worth a visit.
