These guys deserves a break.Anthony is the best team leader.My wife ordered Gyro beef which was too salty. Anthony took the high road and offered to replaced with fish sticks.Fish sticks were made of real fish and savory.Kudos to the team.. Well done guys.
Great customer service!I took one bite of the Greek Gyro meat I ordered and it was super over the top salty, I couldn't eat any more, I told the person who gave me my order, his name was Anthony, and he offered to replace with beef but I asked for the Fish Strips, instead, and he made me a fresh batch. He mentioned that they don't add any salt on the gyro meat so it would've come that way from the supplier.Please, Arby's, fix the salt on the gyro meat...

I don't have an Arby's close to home so it's a treat when I do get it, unfortunately I've been here twice in the last week both times I got crinkle fries and they were cold. Second time I went I left got a few mules down the road and realized they gave me someone else's order. Couldn't eat it either. Sandwich the first time was good. The coke at this store isn't very good either. So unfortunate.
