Whoever the manager was on 8/15/2025 should be fired immediately. Friend and I walked in, not a single customer in the place about 8 people “working”. Tables/floor completely filthy and I mean every table. We walk up to the glass to order about 4 employees stay huddled playing on their phones, one kid making to go orders the others talking, laughing, doing nothing. I’m not even kidding we stood there for about 5 minutes, they looked our way several times but never acknowledged nothing. We had to literally ask “excuse me can we order something to eat?” until we were finally helped. It’s like we were a huge inconvenience to their phone time. The place was seriously trashed, no utensils, no napkins except on the floor. Whoever owns this place should be ashamed at how this place is run. The amount of business the place has lost must be insane. Place is always empty while the one in willow grove near the mall is ALWAYS packed, now I know why.

I went there for lunch today and when I say the place was absolutely filthy, it was disgusting. On top of that the guacamole was black and near the end, I ask do they have more they say no. The sprite was just seltzer water. The dressing had a weird taste. I hope I don’t get sick from eating the little food I did .

Place is disgusting. The first time I came, pretty decent, but the last few times horrible. The food counters were dirty and trash overloaded. I thought maybe it was an isolated incident. Nope, every time after that has been the same. This last time, I saw the guy drop a knife and put it back on the counter like nothing ever happened. I mentioned it to another employee and it was shrugged off. Won’t be getting my service.

paid extra for guac and a side of guac and got an entire, HARD avocado. waste of my money. won’t be back.
Slow service, ordered online and when I got there the food still wasn’t made. (The food was 25 minutes late)
And after all of this above, asked for an extra tortilla and the woman working had the nerve to want to charge me $0.50 for one. Give me a break. Can’t make this stuff up!
When we got home, my toddler son’s quesadilla kit had a long hair in it—absolutely disgusting. I’ve had so many issues with Chipotle at this location and back where I used to live (Newtown,Pa) that this is my last time there at any of them. Expensive Taco Bell.
This location really fell off. When we got there there was no white rice, no steak, no chicken, and no ice on the soda machine. The items that were there looked very very old. Its obvious that the workers just dont care. Chipotle needs to do something to boost moral and maybe pay their workers more because they're losing customers. I will never be back.

Very mediocre food at best, been sitting in troughs uncovered and exposed, total rip off, not a good value at all and employees who seem to hate this job, for which I do not blame them. Avoid this place and just give your business to your local family owned places where you will most likely get a way better value and much better quality ingredients.

Big chipotle fan in general, but bottom tier Chipotle here, it’s a 50/50 that they will have all the ingredients you want after 7pm and I have never paid more for less food anywhere else. They are very nice though
