Just had a very lovely experience with all four employees on duty at Ft Washington. I was having trouble explaining my order and the cashier was very patient, proactively offering to help me, bypassing the kiosk. The employees seem to enjoy their work, joking around together. The employees repeated back my order to ensure that each element was as I ordered (size, milk type, hot/cold etc.), and they worked together efficiently and effectively, offering a drink carrier when my hands were clearly full. The best location of my many nearby options, consistent in product quality and service for many years

Very pleased with this location. Drinks are always great with a good selection of baked goods each day. Sometimes my egg bites aren't fully firm/cooked compared to the other local locations. Drive thru is quick during the mornings and the staff is friendly.

Good sized Dunkin’ location. We ordered a pickup order for the drive thru and it was ready quickly. We ordered a sandwich with sausage but it had bacon on it instead and they forgot our munchkins when they gave us our order so we had to park and go inside but the coffee and food were both good!
