My wife ordered Tomato Mozzarella Panini and iced matcha. Got the matcha as we ordered but instead of the Tomato Mozzarella Panini they gave us Pork sandwich and being a full vegetarian this is not at all good to eat. When my wife went back and the employees at the sandwich counter to take a picture of that pork sandwich they refused to not take a picture of that and called the manager. They need to be very careful with the food orders they make as they might be hurting somebody’s religious sentiments. As being a Vegetarian household this is not considerable from them. Very very very Disappointed. Not even 1 STAR

James is the worst. He takes long for the drinks, is generally rude and a bad vibe, and seems to not care about his job. I’m sorry for the poor reviews but I cannot give you the score the REST of the great workers deserve, if James is still there

I ordered a ice lemon loaf it was not warm and they handed it to me in the plastic wrap it comes in . Very disappointing. I never had this happen until I came to this location

I ordered my favorite Matcha with oat milk. Kennedi was at the counter and showed above and beyond customer service.

I was having such a challenging day and was met with more compassion and understanding than I was ready for. There was a consistent flow of customers both indoors and at the drive thru. From what I can tell there were 3 staff members present that I could tell. Kennedi gave a warm welcome, an honest smile of understanding and showered me with kindest despite how busy it was.

I had a some personal hardship going on and it must have shown all over my face.
Despite the rush of all the demands of a busy morning, Kennedi multi-tasked and supported me immediately. I was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy.

Thank you for seeing me, Kennedi and being courageous enough to help someone you don’t know out and offer encouragement to them. You didn’t have to do that and you chose love.

You influenced a positive outcome for your generosity. I just want to give you your due credit and high praise for checking on me and for your words of encouragement throughout my time there.

I imagine the store manager, Lauren G. will be proud of her team member. This was a meaningful experience I did not expect!

I’m very disappointed with the service I have received here. One of your employees, James, is extremely unprofessional. He is on his phone constantly instead of helping customers, and even has made inappropriate comments toward them. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the business. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the issue promptly.

The staff was excellent, polite, and efficient. My drinks were great. The part that I found appalling were the bathrooms. They have 2 family style bathrooms, changing table? Toilet, single lock door.., but no sinks in the actual bathrooms.. so after everyone does their business/wipe they all have to touch the door handle WITHOUT washing their hands. The sinks are a communal area outside of the two bathrooms. Which is fine for customers not using the bathroom, but is gross for parents that are changing their kids or any patrons using the bathroom. That door handle is probably crawling with more germs than the average gross door handle. Tons of urinary/fecal matter on the door handles. Very poor design when thinking of public health.

It took 5-10 minutes for the cashier to process 3 customers, including myself. Then I waited 15 minutes for my coffee until I could not wait any longer. When I tried to ask the baristas to cancel my order as I could not wait any longer, I was ignored, zero eye contact. I would like my refund for the coffee I could not pick up. This location had great managers and staff.

I am completely appalled by the service and atmosphere of this Starbucks. It was my first time stopping in, I realized my doctors appointment was just around the corner and figured I’d grab a quick coffee. There was two patrons sitting in the store. The drive-through line was long, I waited three minutes at the counter before anyone even acknowledged my existence. The issue is not with waiting. My issue is with lack of customer service. During my extended wait time, I identified a bug zapper, the one that looks like a tennis racket sitting right next to the glass case holding the pastries. This is absolutely disgusting to have where your customers can see it, And it does pose health and safety risks. To top off my experience, there was no napkins in the napkin dispenser, I politely asked if there was another place to grab napkins the barista obnoxiously and aggressively put down The utensil she was using walked too behind the counter, where she grabbed the drive-through napkin dispenser and switched it out. I then made sure to thank her, and she would not even look at me as if she was annoyed. I asked for a napkins. I have worked in The food service industry. I Know how things work. Filling napkins is a busy task that should be checked on daily. But truthfully, it’s not about the napkins. It’s not about the bug zapper. It’s about the lack of positivity and customer service. I did reach out to corporate to let them know about the bug zapper situation. Safe to say, I will not be coming back to the Starbucks
