Amazing good service and good drinks. There is an excellent associate who is very prompt to assist me and the drinks and refreshers are always made very well. I went this evening and yesterday night and this associate helped me with all my drinks. I haven’t found out his name but he works in the evenings and is very tall with black hair. This Starbucks is an example of good customer service.

It is a pretty messed up move when you go to pay with a card and the employee decides to choose his own tip before giving you the card reader. Not okay. Not the first time this has happened at this location.

I ordered a carmel macchiato frappuccino and received ice coffee. When I let the young man know that was not what I wanted he just stared at me like I was annoying him. So, I just took the ice coffee. That young man needs more training on customer service.

They just... could not get it right. Ordered the same drink I always get, came out the wrong size, wrong proportions on everything (why I order Grande and not Venti). Even came out cold instead of hot. Then they turned around and gave me a hot one, again wrong everything. Came back a couple minutes later, ordered the same thing, watched very carefully as they rang up the order. Person making the drink wasn't thrilled that I was obviously ordering a corrected version. Didn't even announce that it was for me, what it was, or put it in the right location. Annnnd it was wrong! I found this out by accidentally spilling eat (bad on me I guess) Then they made it wrong.... again... I gave up, lol.

I had to wait my drink for 12 minutes. I know they get a lot orders for drive though, to go, and eat in. I was eating in and my danish came out in few. But had to wait for my latte for a long time. Workers were very unfriendly. I'll never comes here again

The Fort Washington Starbucks boasts a lovely atmosphere and serves up delicious drinks that can easily brighten your day. However, my recent visit left me with a troubling concern regarding how the employees are monitored and treated. It was disconcerting to overhear management speaking about timing employees' bathroom breaks, creating an uncomfortable environment that detracts from the otherwise enjoyable experience of sipping my coffee. The notion that employees must justify their bathroom needs, even potentially requiring a doctor's note, is an overreach that contradicts the worker protections outlined by OSHA. As someone who also works in a busy service industry, I empathize with the challenges of being understaffed, but it should never come at the expense of the well-being of the employees. I hope Starbucks will reevaluate these practices to ensure a healthier work environment for their team.

Clean place, friendly personnel but music a bit loud
One of my most favorite Starbucks near me. It's new and spacious. Plenty of seats inside and out. Parking is a little congested, but I can usually find a spot. The drive thru is an awesome option for on-the-go!

At almost $10 a drink you'd think you'd get something half decent instead it's like garbage water. Not sure why I pay extra for my drink to be how I like when you don't even make it that way. Starbucks just scams people out of money and doesn't care at all. It's coffee it shouldn't be that difficult to make when reading it off a list ? employees here should be paid less for all the money they make customers waste on their poor service.

Like an idiot I stood there for 10 minutes watching three workers make two drinks and nobody waited on me I just continue to get give me a minute I'll be with you. The place is practically empty. This is not the Starbucks for you if you don't have an hour to waste

I thought maybe it was just a fluke but the coffee here is TERRIBLE. I got a white chocolate mocha from the Starbucks onside the Abington Target on Sunday and it was delicious, got the exact same drink today from this Starbucks and it's so gross! Bitter and no flavor. I don't understand!
