Sunday was my first visit to Zakes Cafe. The food was tremendous. I had the blueberry pancakes, the home fries, and bacon. However, the potatoes and the bacon were cold when they reached the table. I realized that the restaurant was busy, so I did not send anything back. I will return. However, if the food is cold again, I will send it back. Also, the coffee was very, very good.

I'm glad to have found this place. It is very hard to find a good vegan breakfast out. Luckily, this place had more than one option to choose from. The vegan burrito was so tasty. The flavor from the Lentils was out of this world. The avocado and tomatoe side was a nice add-on. The home fries were perfectly cooked, too. The building is stunning, and the inside was nicely put together. Such a great gem, I will definitely go back if I'm in that area again.

Came here to meet with someone. Food was great. So was the conversation. We stayed too long because the conversation kept getting longer, but the staff were all really nice even though we stayed way too long on a day that was getting busy. Thanks! And sorry about clogging up your table.
