Teasperience offers top tier quality tea with fresh ingredients and good medicinal properties. The shop has a huge selection, full of flavor, with a friendly crew and atmosphere. However, a customer experienced a two-week delay with no response to emails due to technical difficulties between the email listed on their website and a warehouse delay around the holidays. The issue was resolved professionally, and prices are fair and reasonable.
