My son dropped by last week to pick up a cake and some empanadas for the first time. We'd seen such great reviews and wanted to support a small business. He enjoyed the empanadas a lot and picked out a pineapple cake to bring home to celebrate his birthday. Although the staff was great, the cake was not. They must use some sort of aerosol spray to color the frosting, because it tasted like chemicals. We had to throw it out because the taste was so strong.

Great pastries, awesome cafe con leche, authentic Cuban food. Place was full of customers and is obviously very popular within the neighborhood. We are gringo tourists in search of good Cuban coffee/food, and we found it! Friendly servers, too!

Stopped by here for a quick snack before visiting the aquarium. It was so yummy!!! We bought the chicken empanada and it was delicious! I was expecting it to be oily (because most empanadas I've ever had are), but not oily at all!!! And it was stuffed with chicken! Staff was friendly too!

Good sandwiches. They get backed up but its worth the wait. Plan accordingly. And the prices are pretty good.

Great guava and cheese pastry and Colombian style empanadas. A tiny jewel in strip mall . If you are in the neighborhood, grab a coffee cubano and pastry. You will be happy...

The best little hidden gem! I got the Pasteur with cream cheese and jelly. It's sounds so simple but it was amazing!! I can't wait to comeback and try some sweets!! They even have little cups of cream brûlée I spotted among the homemade sweets!! This is the pastry with cream cheese and jelly! So delicious and fresh homemade!

I love this place. Great meat dept. It is a smaller scale Mazzaro's with lots of authentic Italian selections, nice wine selection and a very good cheese aisle. Tampa's very own. No need to drive across the bay. Oh and I forgot the produce and olives.

Delicious fresh arepas, friendly owners and beautiful baked goods (my Colombian SO is obsessed with their pandebono). What more could you ask for in a morning cafe? Highly recommend!

Cuquita catered a working lunch for 35 of my favorite people. The food was finger lickin' delicious; roast chicken, red beans, plantains and tres Leche cake, yummy. Highly recommend and hope to someday return to the Fountain Area for a fabulous meal at a reasonable price. Thanks Andres!!!

Delicious home cooked food straight out of Colombia... in Bethlehem....Delicious! Get some empanadas to start with. You wont regret it. When it comes to the plates. I love the bandeja paisa it has eveything and its so fulfilling. The restaurant is clean and the food comes out quick. I just wish they had more desserts to pick from.
