You need to tell your wait staff that you don't pass food in front of the face of a customer to hand it to another customer. It's rude and they should ask if we would like dessert BEFORE bringing the check.

Their Homestyle Chicken is the best. So moist and very tasty. Our waitresses was terrific. We go for breakfast on occasion and those meals are good too. We were ar the Frackville location. Very nice

Family went here after church to have a nice lunch, food was great! Our waitress Lexi was amazing! However upon leaving we saw a baby skunk just walking through the parking lot not bothering any of the people. We informed the staff to call the game commission, we were told they did. Another customer had given the skunk a piece of her leftovers to keep it there for the game commission. The manager then storms out with a big log in hand and started yelling at the customer for giving the skunk food on “her property”, the claims she is going to “handle it” with a log! What is wrong with people! Call the game commission and let them take it somewhere else, you don’t have to kill an innocent animal, a baby just looking for food!

The waiting staff are racist 🙄 I waited almost 10mins when I then had to ask for our basket of bread. I'm from the south and know how cracker barrel works. It's drinks bread order... then had to wait almost 20 more mins for our food. Which is always great. The staff need to understand that you are in public service when you do customer service work. Face to face contact. You never know who you may server that day. I'm born American and southern. My husband is Trinidad and multiple cultures. But he is a US Citizen as gave up his own to served in the Navy.
Lesson you can't tell by looks.
